Green Leaf Sienna Aparments

Do not rent from this place. They cheated us out of our money!!! We were told when we signed the lease that if we turned in a receipt for getting the carpets professionally cleaned after move out that we would not be charged and everything would be good. Come to find out they took money out of our security deposit to clean the carpets! When I asked about it since we turned in the receipt showing they were already cleaned they said «the policy changed a few months ago and everyone now gets charged to have the apartment and carpets cleaned no matter what» apparently they didn’t have to send out a notice or have the decency to tell this so we didn’t waste our money!!! So they never said anything to us even when we turned in the receipt to the office! The manager Terry constantly was talking over me and being extremely inconsiderate on the phone from the beginning. They should not be allowed to trick people like this!

The office looks nicer than the apartments. The sinks share a pipe and they clog so easily. It takes them 24 hours to have someone fix them. You can hear everything from the upstairs and I mean everything prepare to hear a lot of adult stuff not a good thing when you have a child… The parking is horrible if you pay for the extra space I paid and had someone parking in my spot all the time. They don’t EnForce the parking arrangements. Overall the service sucks they are rude and worst apartment ever!!!

I have lived here for about 5 months and I love it! Management is very accommodating and always is very quick to respond with any problems or concerns (there has only been two issues, as of right now). One of them being my sliding door coming off the racks and my closet light going out. They came that day and fixed both! I haven’t seen one bug! I have one little daddy long legs in my apartment but it doesn’t bother me. Rent is pretty cheap and utilities are rarely over 60 dollars. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for inexpensive rent in a pretty decent apartment!

My husband and I had a year long lease. The apartment was pretty cheap, management wasn’t very helpful, not all of the gym equipment worked. We moved out September 2^nd. We haven’t heard anything from them, no phone call, no email, nothing in the mail. Today we got a notice from a collections agency saying we owed them over $ 900, we left the place in good condition and we were paid up with our rent. What’s up with that?
Our rent when we were there wasn’t very high, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The outside of the apartment is nice, the office is nice but the complex has a roach problem. Haven’t been here 3 months and I’m having a serious issue with roaches.
After talking with various people throughout the property multiple apartments are having the same issue.
Management hasn’t been cooperating, excuses and unprofessional.
Stay away.

I have lived here about a year now. I LOVE it! I live right in front of the pool, beautiful layout and nice green fields for my boys to play! The neighbors have been awesome as well! The size of the apartment is a bit small but good price for what you get. The office does have a bit of miscommunication but out of all of them Lila has been most helpful!!! This has been a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone.
