Bryce, and Caleb and most of the guys at BUTTOUT have been ABSOLUTELY AWWWSOME;they seem to care about their clients, I have been asked to visit other providers but I can’t bring myself to go. Even after the store by my house closed; I still go every 2 weeks to the Virginia store they warranty the merchandise, batteries mainly, I haven’t had any other problems with the equipment. And with the battery it most likely was user error. I will continue to be a loyal BUTTOUT customer. And recommend to my friends, THEY are all great people, With great product. I think with products like theirs and the 5 star customer care and support. You don’t really feel as though your at a store to buy merchandise, but rather stopping in to see friends.

I’ve been vaping for over two years now and I have yet to find a better shop in the valley.
Butt Out is pretty much known for having the highest standards when it comes to the e-​liquid they produce in their lab in Phoenix, but the flavors they have are beyond this world!
Now, on the service I get. I am always greeted with a handshake or simply, «Welcome back Kelley!» And they always take care of any type of question I have, whether it be trouble I’m having with my device or if I’m looking for something new. I’ve never felt any pressure to buy the «newest» thing on the market, yet they are always telling me about the new stuff to keep up with the times. I love this because I don’t really read up on the newest thing. I trust these guys because they will give me the lowdown and teach me everything from how it works to how to maintain it for longevity.
The reason I choose Butt Out Mill over any other shop is simply, I feel at home, and am treated with respect.

I first walked into this shop for their grand opening several years ago. The staff was and still is by far the most courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful staff I’ve encountered in any vape shop in town. Prices and selection are great. Matt and Eli are two of the coolest people I’ve met. 5 stars only because 6 isn’t an option.

Dankness but way too expensive. So this place has amazing customer service but is too pricy. My favorite vape shop is the other way around. Blue dragon vape shop has a lot better liquid but their customer service sucks.

I don’t think I can say anything that hasn’t been said. Being in customer service myself I know it takes more than a good product. It’s about having the right people. First time in and I won’t go anywhere else. Keep doing what you do Matt and I appreciate your help with everything Eli

Love this place. I’m new to the vape world… As a business owner, Im huge on customer service. I will not give my business to a company that doesn’t value me a customer. With that being said I have been to multiple vape stores. This one by far is my favorite. Caleb helped me the first time and knows the flavors like the back of his hand. His store was busy and he was able to multi task and help everyone. I went back the other night and Eli and Denn were extremely nice and helpful. My bf and I ended up staying a while and chatting just because the environment is so laid back and friendly. My fave feature about butt out is that you can test the flavors first. I think this is genius and don’t understand why other locations don’t do this! Needless to say, this is my shop!

Butt Out is the best Vape Shop in all of the Phoenix Metropolitan area. I’ve been to a lot of shops, looking for the best quality in my liquid and nobody compares to what these guys have in-​house. Apart from their amazing juice choices, Matt Berger is a wonderful owner and he’s been so helpful to me over the years. His choice in who runs his shops is equally as great. The guys at Butt Out have always been insanely knowledgeable on different MOD’s, mechs, and tanks and topnotch when it comes to pairing the best tasting flavors with my taste bud’s needs.

Quick weekend trip out to AZ from Orange County and needed some juice. Eli and Denn got me set straight. Very helpful and good vibes. I know where to stop next time I’m in Tempe.

This is now the second time I have been into this vape shop and both times have been extremely enjoyable! They have a great selection of juice and the staff are great at finding exactly what you are looking for. My favorite is there house brand called Eternal Sunshine! Great environment. Great staff. Great products.

I can’t say enough about butt out. Ive been going there a little after they first opened. The staff is super friendly and overly knowledgable. Upon going there you are always greeted with a smile which is more than most other shops. The juice lines they carry are amazing, and they just released a new one the other week called «7 days» which is absolutely amazing. Unlike other shops the encourage people to become active in the vaping community and also don’t mind if you hang out at the shop which most other shops don’t want you doing. Quit accepting quanity over quality and give butt out a try! You won’t be sorry! I am giving this review 5 stars because it is the ONLY vap shope that has fully satisfied my needs and treated me like I was family!

Came in the shop, Caleb made everything right with the experience! Recommend the Bettie Peach and Eternal Sunshine and 25 To Life! There best juices by far, they got better mods to try juices since my last visit. Ian was a pretty cool guy and definitely took care of us! He had no problem taking care of us and chatting for as long as possible! Recommended…

This place is awesome! All of the staff are so nice and super helpful! I came in today and my mod wasn’t working and they helped me for like 45 mins until they made sure it was working again!
Also they have the best juice! When I went home to Chicago last summer I couldn’t find anything that compared to it so I ordered online from here for the summer too! Usually I get the Amazeballs or the Gummy bear and then a Misterfreeze to make it a little minty.

Caleb was awesome. (Sorry if that was spelled wrong) anyways; the service was awesome. Patience was key on my part, since I’m new to the whole vape scene. I was catered to all my needs, and was very satisfied with my purchase. This will definitely be my headquarters for any needs of mine in the near future

I’m extremely clueless with vape mods and just got into it a couple months ago but whenever I need help, Butt Out simplifies it down for me.
Even when I come to get my tank unscrewed because I keep getting it stuck every week, they don’t seem to be annoyed one bit.

Caleb, Eli and Keith are awesome. They have great prices and will teach you everything you need to know about the products you purchase. Their juice line is freakin amazing. I go to Butt-​Out whenever possible which is frequently. I can’t say enough about the guys that work there. Always worth the 30+ miles we travel to shop there.

This is the BEST Vape/​E-​Cig business in the Valley! The staff go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. They have the best products and juices that I have been able to find (and god knows ive been to a multitude of shops), hands down the most fun i’ve had has been at BUTTOUT. I dare not buy juice from any other place but here. Best juice: Melon Mashup and Amazeballs. You’ll never use anything else.

I’m writing this mainly to off set that BS 1 star review! Butt Out is like a second home to me. I’ve been vaping for going on 2 years now and I’ve been going to Butt Out since day one.

every employee at Butt Out knows what their talking about. I’ve personally benefited from this and also have seen them build coils for cloud chasers, trouble shoot egos for beginners and most importantly help every person who walks through the door quit smoking!
Their prices
I’ve been to almost every vape shop in Phoenix and Tempe… Butt Out’s prices are pretty much in line with the best of them. if you find e liquid for $ 8 a 30ml it is from China and if you don’t care were your juice comes from then order that cheap china crap online and save ALL TEH MONIES
All of Butt Out’s Juices are made by them… in a lab, in Arizona

also I’ve never met that one star reviewer but there is no way in hell Matt or any of the Butt Out Employees I’ve met would ever make fun of a Vet… or really anyone other than each other!
Beginners, advanced vapers, cloud chasing 18 year olds, life long smokers trying to quit, young (18 year old young!), old, tall, short, fat, skinny, man or woman or anything else you might be!!!
No matter who you are Butt Out is the place for you!!!
Also what sort of idiot complains about paying for parking on Mill Ave? like that is somehow their fault!
