This shop is awesome! It’s big and feels very comfortable when you walk in. The selection of hardware and juice fits any need you could have. Customer service is top notch. Bird helped me with all 1000 questions I asked. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be returning often!

Best shop in the valley! Excellent juice brands & prices! Bird is the MAN! He will set you up with the perfect set-​up whether you’re just starting out or more advanced in your vaping. The only place I will go for juice & mods! They ALWAYS have new lines coming in & will always let you sample as much as you want. Great amount of space in the shop to even hangout! Highly recommended!

While waiting for the sales clerk, Andrew to finish helping a customer, I played a few rounds of ping pong with my friend. Another customer walked in and as soon as he finished helping the people that he was originally helping he went directly to the person who walked in AFTER us! Basic customer service 101, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE (especially if you want repeat business.) We stopped to sit at the counter to be helped and all the while were never acknowledged. Did I mention this is the shop I bought my vape from? I actually even felt disrespected. He seemed to be more interested in casual conversation with a «potential customer» He did not pause to even ask what we needed. When we were about to leave we huffed and puffed and cleared our throats hoping our simple nonverbal communication would transfer a message… Did it? You guess it! It didn’t…
Point being, say no to e-​Cig city and yes to suck my dick!

Bird and his staff are great. I’ve referred a few people straight to e cig city. The prices are awesome, they have a good selection, and the staff knows what they’re doing. The atmosphere is also great. I always feel welcomed and comfortable when I go in there. Not one bad thing to say about the shop! Check out the new Tempe location!!!

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year and the customer service is impeccable. I always get taken care. Yes, sometimes the shop is busy and it can take a while to get what I need. But the environment is friendly and there is plenty to do around the shop to keep you entertained in the mean time. Plus they carry my favorite line, cloud supply! If you’re in the area I would suggest you come check it out.

I’ve been a customer both at their new place and old. The new place is so awesome! So much bigger, lots more things to do, a great place to hang with friends. The employees knowledge base is exceptional and Bird (the owner) is always in to see his customers personally.
The prices are unbeatable around the valley as far as premium juice is concerned. None of that we’ll make it here crap!
The new store has a HUGE inventory which is great. They are always willing to help with anything.
Free builds too when you’re too lazy to do then yourself.
Great place. It’s the only place I take my business.
