Called this morning as EVERYTHING was backed up! They came out and very quickly discovered the problem and had it fixed fast! I am in Real Estate and it was nice to know the providers helped and very quickly. Thank You Temecula Drain for assisting so fast.

Was on vacation when one of our employees called and said we had a plumbing leak at our shop. Not only did they come out that night and help stabilize problem, they were back early next morning to fix it at a very reasonable price. We will definitely keep their number handy for any future requirements.

I have a leak some where within my sprinkler system. My brother wanted to save some money and dug up some of the lawn by himself. He spoke to one of the employees about our leak. This individual told him that he could call them when he finds the leak and they would handle it immediately. When I called on his behalf I had an uncomfortable conversation with the receptionist. She laughed at me and said «you want us to fix it now.» She then said that she couldn’t get anyone out there anytime soon. I was very upset by the tone she used with me. So I called back to inform management about their customer service. The same woman I spoked to answered. I politely asked to speak to management. She then told me this was her company. I then told her that I felt uncomfortable speaking to her. She immediately became hostile at this point and said «well I’m not always so optimistic.» I told her as politely as I could that as a customer I don’t think she needs to talk to me that way. She then begin to yelled at me and scolded me that I need to grow up, and act my age. She also added to never contact their company again. She then hung up the phone. If you’re young, female, and a home owner don’t go to them.

You always hear the horror stories about contractors such as showing up late or sometimes not at all, etc. They maybe excellent at their trade but terrible in managing their business. I called Temecula Drain on Monday to schedule a simple install of a new kitchen faucet on Wednesday ($ 120 to $ 150 quoted) As 30 minutes passed from their scheduled arrival time, I called them. The lady apologized and said their guy was running behind. I said it would have been nice if you called me to let me know. (Note: Good contractors that manage their business well do this.) I asked her where her guy was going … Wanting to confirm my appt. She asked if I was Brandon. (Yikes). Bottom line — She did not have me scheduled or had any record of it. Guess I’m going to have to call the «smell good guy». Temecula drain confirms the low expectations people today have of excellent customer service.

They came twice my clog was still not fixed. Then, they told me I would be charged for the third visit– even though it was not fixed.
I fired them and hire a new plumber. Not only did my new plumber find the problem (the clog was simply pushed down the line before), but even have me a 30 day guarantee.

Tony at Temecula Drain came by our office yesterday to help out with a clogged drain. Not only did he show up within the hour that I called, he had the problem resolved in just under an hour. That is an impressive feat, considering that we had another plumbing company come out and they were unable to unclog the drain after 5 hours of effort. White rice down the drain, not such a good idea. It turns to a paste and just clogs the hell out of the drain. But Tony was able to get it all cleared out. Oh, and the price, extremely reasonable, cheaper than the first company that couldn’t fix it actually. I will be sure to call Temecula Drain first the next time I’m in need.

Great service! I had a blocked main sewer line. I called early in the morning and was told they’d be out between 9 & 10. The guys arrived shortly after 9, were very polite, and resolved the issue quickly and for a reasonable price. I would definitely call them again!

They came out to fix a sink clog for us. They were polite, prompt, efficient with a fair price. I especially liked that they gave me a quote over the phone.
