I’m serious. Subway isn’t necessarily known for amazing customer service.
Came to grab breakfast before a winery tour and both employees were chatty and asking about our plans for the day. Our breakfast sandwiches came with desperately needed coffee (FREE!).
I’m more of a complainer when it comes to customer service (bad service stands out more), but this was great.

Subway® should be ASHAMED of themselves for their advertising of its 6″ Tuna Sandwich. I have been served this sandwich in several of their stores and they all make it the same way. They advertise a huge 6″ tuna packed sandwich and the actual sandwich is made with only TWO (2) walnut sized scoops of tuna, which is then spread thinly with a knife. I placed a photo photo of the one they serve compared to the one they sent to me in an email advertisement. I think I’ll just give up on them and go elsewhere.

Small cramped location and never staffed adequately. They have bathroom access but do not allow customers to use it. This Franchise owner is bad and treats his customers poorly. There are other, better sandwich shops in Temecula. Find one!

Either the employees are morons or cheats… Tried to overcharge me twice (on the same order)…I wonder how many times they do his and no one notices. Then, the lady was pissed I demanded my $ 1.50 with tax! (Charged me $ 6.50 for the $ 5 deal)…

Their subs meet my expectations of any Subway. This location is rather small. Really busy during lunch hour. At one point, there was a line out the door. There is no restroom in this location.
