Food is good. But the service is so slow. It took me 30 minutes to get my food. There was a guy who got here 10 minutes after me and still got his order before I did. The employees seem very lazy and like they don’t care for good customer service. I normally don’t do bad reviews but the service was pretty bad. Hopefully the managers shape up the employees or get new ones

Staff is always cool, especially the late night crew. They’re friendly, they joke with one another but are always ready to serve. The place is clean, and the food rocks. Great environment, I really enjoy coming here!

The service was great, the food was BAD. Mold on their bread buns! What in the world? I have to call corporate in the morning for this. Beware people, you might get sick. I’m just concerned for the little ones. My toddler almost ate mold! He could’ve gotten really sick and a lot sicker than they can handle compared to us adults! I have pictures.

These days good customer service at a fast food restaurant is rare! My husband ate here last night and found the cashier to be very polite and helpful. It’s always nice to see a smiling face behind the counter. Plus, the good was great too!

My family stopped here to eat the other day and Shaq was the gentleman working and he was just awesome. So many times you walk into a fast food restaurant, get a very cold or non/​existent hello from the cashier, they rush you for your order and then go on to the next thing, but not here. Shaq was very welcoming and so nice. He even went out of his way to give my daughter a balloon, without even being asked just because he could see that she really liked them. Totally not what you expect at a place like this but definitely makes me want to go back. There’s an Arby’s closer to my house but I’d be willing to drive the extra distance just for the service.

Very good customer service. Love going here for lunch before heading to school. Ajanay (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) is amazing. Always so helpful and a joy to see. Food is delicious, too!
