Using Christianity to sell a product is one of the most unethical behaviors I can imagine. In this case it provides a false sense of moral and above board standards. Not only does this company not walk the walk, the actions of at least one of the company employees are reckless, immoral, and represent the company in such a poor fashion I would be surprised if anybody ever patronized them again.
I would send a clear message and refuse to do business with Brooke until he changes his tune.

WOW!!! Where do i start??? Brooke is by FAR the nicest, most helpful, and kind hearted person/​professional i know ! I stumbled across his Unilocal page when looking for some info on porcelain tiles i wanted for my new house, and after seeing all of his great reviews I gave him a call. I told him how I live in Corona and that i was on a very tight budget. He explained he doesn’t come up to Corona often due to his busy schedule and the far of a distance. HOWEVER, Instead of immediately hanging up on me due to the distance, he recommend a tile demolition guy for me that i needed, and he even continued giving me helpful information and tips regarding tile/​prices etc. I was so impressed with all of his knowledge, but i was BLOWN away by his kindness! He even told me that i could call if i ever had any other questions, and lucky for him i did LOL. He remembered me, and was so kind and patient with me. He gave me amazing advice the few times we talked and all just because he is a true genuine person with what is obviously a passion for the his industry. I could tell by his attention to detail in his answers that he knew the tile and flooring business upside down and backwards. If you are like me and know nothing about tile flooring, but want to find someone who you know you can trust, this definitely is the right place to be. He will never make your question seem silly or inadequate, and will explain anything you need down to the very last detail with a smile on his face (i assume lol) I know for 100% certain that if i lived closer that i would use Brooke and only Brooke for this job! Thank you again, Brooke, for your kind hearted gesture. you helped myself and my husband out more than you will ever know!

Brooke was professional and helpful all the way through. The job was estimated correctly in time and money. They worked cleanly and respectfully if my home and pets. The job was to take two days and at the end of day one he texted me to get my opinion, I didn’t respond as my ‘phone was dead — once charged I also found his voicemail checking again if I was happy as I hadn’t returned his text! A true professional who actually cares that his customers are happy with his work, not many of those left in the world. Highly recommended!
By the way, when I first made contact via Unilocal a message stated that he takes six to eight weeks to respond — not true. Call him, he’ll call you back ASAP.

These guys are artists! They tiled our bathroom (a very large job); their estimates were spot on; the work was incredible, and they finished on time. I knew from the moment they arrived that they were a VERY professional outfit (they immediately set down materials to prevent damage to existing fixtures, floors, etc.).

Brooke and his crew are fantastic! He replaced our 19 year old ceramic tile floors in nearly 1,000 sq ft with large Travertine stone. It looks perfect and so beautiful. I requested a lot of special considerations due to my health problems, and he was very accommodating and kind. We trusted him with our keys while I left during demo, and he was completely trustworthy. His crew was friendly and professional with us and our 21 year old daughter, as well as with our contractor who did the finish work during and after Brooke’s job. There was a problem with the manufacturer who supplied a mixed batch of stone in error, and he worked it all out without causing us any distress. Whew! We are grateful for all he did. I WILL use him again and I highly recommend Brooke and company.

We recently hired Brooke and his crew to install tile at our home. My wife and I were beyond pleased with the outcome of our bathrooms and laundry room. We had some intricate tile design ideas for one of the rooms and Brooke was able to guide us through the process of coming up with the final design and it turned out amazing. I hired Brooke to install 900 sq feet of Travertine tile in the family room, kitchen and master bath of my brand new home in Carlsbad. I wanted my home to look just like the model and he didn’t disappoint. In fact it looks better than the model home, with a running bond pattern and tighter grout joints. He let me buy my own materials using his contractors discount. We came in at $ 4000 less than my builder. I was on a tight schedule, and Brooke finished the job a day ahead of schedule.
