I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Scheduling was fine. The massage room was not clean. Trash can was exposed w/​dirty tissues in there. If you are going to have a trash can in the room, please have it covered for sanitary purposes. As I received my massage from Jessie, I could smell feet and noticed she didn’t have any shoes or socks on. It was utterly disgusting to have to endure the entire time smelling someone’s feet. During my massage, another client came in to the establishment for his massage and I could hear every word that was spoken as well as cell phones ringing throughout the massage. It was one of my most non relaxing massages ever and I definitely will not be returning. I asked for a deep tissue massage and I can tell that her hands were not strong enough for these types of massage once she started. I had to ask 3x for her to go deeper. She was shaking at one point. She also didn’t apply enough lotion and I had to ask for more. Upon checking out, I handed the front desk gal cash and asked for a certain amount of change ($ 12). She said she didn’t know if she had enough and asked if it’s okay to give me some of my change in nickles and pennies. I mean c’mon, your cash drawer doesn’t have more than $ 12? There is a bank across the street. Maybe before opening, someone can run across and make sure your cash drawer is stocked. Although the gals there were nice, the service was not up to my standards.

I’ve been coming to Simply Kneaded for years and love it! I’ve tried other places but, they just aren’t the same.

First massage here. Sofia did an awesome job! I will be back for sure. Reasonable rates. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

I booked an appointment online and got Eva for the very first time. I really needed a massage and I have never been with Eva, I was all knotted up so I went with 90 minutes. I love my membership because it allows me to accumulate. When I checked in I have five massages that I need to use! I was very happy to use 90 minutes with Eva. She is only at this location on Mondays. During the massage I felt like she was reading my mind, on the areas of my back that really needed work. I will definitely booked my appointments with Eva without hesitation in the future! I just need to get in on my regular monthly basis.

Sabrina is wonderful, I always enjoy my massages with her. The place isn’t fancy but it’s clean and the rates are very good.

Thier membership is really good! I missed an appointment and per the terms of the membership they could have charged anyway. However, they understood and did not, and won my loyal patronage!
I recommend Tessa! She is awsome at her craft and can simply knead away a months worth of stress.
They are always professional and worth every penny.

Great massage for the price! I have been there a few times; the staff have always been friendly and the massage was excellent.

I am super sad to say that I just had the worst massage I have ever had. The young gal was very sweet and did ask about my pressure preference, I like it hard. But was I got was terrible Indian burns. I had to ask her more than once to use more oil and it still hurt. Also, she had a hard time finding muscle. Kept hitting bones and ribs. I will be shocked if I don’t have bruises tomorrow. To top it off, the face padding on the table was so warn that I was actually hitting the wood and walked out of there looking like I had been in a car wreck. Needless to say, I won’t be going back or referring friends.

I would not recommend this place, if you get the last few appointments in the evening they use a vibrating massager. Lazy! They didn’t do the full hour like I paid for, skimped me 10 minutes do I could get dressed! Was also extremely rude, when we arrived one of the massagers was outside screaming and cursing on the phone, will never go back!

After reading some of the previous reviews I originally had an appt. with somone else & cxld, then rescheduled with katia, so glad I did, she was great! My husband had an appt. with the other girl, not katia and he said she was ok, but so glad I went with katia, she is very thorough!

Took me in with no appointment, immediately.
Didn’t push the up sell membership too hard.

Had a major kink in my neck. Tried to get in at all the spas near the mall. No one had anything. I ended up getting right in here. Ive been to prettier salons, but the massage from Sophia was so FANTASTIC, I wouldnt have cared where I was, nor did I. Plus you cannot beat the price. Heaven!

Had a pregnancy massage here, I looked at the clock when we went in and we started 12 min late.(I was on time) When we finished I got off the table and there was the eye cover covering the clock! Nice trick, but we didn’t even use it because I was on my side the whole time. Not to mention I am a therapist myself and that is the one of the most disrespectful things you could do to a paying guest. I almost gave it 2 stars because she was friendlily but the massage was just ok. I definitely will not be going back.

Can’t beat the Unilocal price, $ 39−20% off! I think I had Charity. She was great but I was bummed that she didn’t ask me to turn over, no face or head massage either. Overall clean place and friendly staff.

I love this place– If you need a quick chair massage or have a bit more time for the table. The prices are crazy cheap and they sometimes have this 3 one hour’s for 99 bucks deal! There is a russian woman who at first glance doesn’t appear to have the power for the deep tissue, however she harness’ Fedor Emelianenko type strength out of nowhere and will crush you (in a good way, not the Fedor way!)

I have had 2 massages at simply kneaded and both have been great. It was always really easy to get in the day of, especially if you go morning to afternoon, after 5 it gets a little more booked up. I think they take walk ins if a therapist is free. You can’t beat the price, 39 bucks for your first hour massage, then it goes up to $ 55 for an hour I believe unless you start a membership or do a special they might have or buy gift certificates which are $ 39 and use them on yourself. Overall a great place especially if you are like me and just want a massage and don’t want to go to a full on day spa to get one. The staff is really friendly and I really liked my masseuse Paige. They offer chiropractic services as well.

I have been here a couple of times. it is a samll place, not your normal «day spa,»…the simply do masaages, either chair or table massages. The receptionist Phil is very helpful and personable, and will work to get you in ASAP with a massage therapist. I have had 2 fabulous massages from Michael — he definitely has come to my rescue in times of need! Their prices are super reasonable, and they don’t make you feel rushed. Keep a look out for holiday specials (I got 3 1 hour massages for $ 99 at Christmas time – a smoking deal that they run throughout the year).

I came here one day because I had pulled a muscle in my neck from playing my XBox for too many hours straight (which, I’m aware, makes me a geek). The first time I popped in, there was no one at the front desk. I sat in a chair waiting for someone to materialize for 5 – 7 minutes, then left in a huff. Masochist that I am, I came back a few hours later. I was able to make a walk-​in appointment. Best massage I’ve ever had. This girl was amazing and worked out a serious kink in my neck. I think it only came to about $ 40 for a full hour of Swedish. I feel like I should give five stars, but didn’t like the fact that there was no receptionist there the first time I came in. I allow that I did just walk in there without making an appointment, but I still think someone should be at the front desk to meet and greet!
