Domino’s Pizza

I have ordered from this place around 6 times since I moved down here a year ago. The first time they got here on time and got my order right the second time they were 20mins late the third time after 2hrs of them not showing up I called them and the manager said that the driver got lost and had come back 45mins ago yet they didn’t bother to call me to let me know! I demanded a refund. The 4^th time they were late yet again and my pizza was cold. The 5^th late again. Today I ordered s small hand tossed with light cheese HAM pepperoni and light jalapeños. First off they were late but at least this time the driver apologized but then when I opened the box I noticed there was no HAM!!! And the cheese was almost none existent. I said light cheese not sprinkle a tablespoon of cheese. I prefer dominos over Pizza Hut but I’m done ordering from this place I’ve given them too many chances. You may be wondering why I kept ordering? Because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt I’ve worked in fast food and I know what it’s like but a one off or two off is passable this is just too much.

We often (way too often) order from this location. They always get our order right and the drivers are always super friendly! I also love that they now have a gluten free crust option as I have a gluten sensitivity but LOVE pizza! Thank you!

My chicken parmigiana sandwich had no chicken… Awesome. I will be calling tomorrow to notify the manager seeing that they are closed now. I would give them zero stars but you can’t. Instead I’ll give them one not only because I have to but because the deliver guy was fast and friendly.

After repeating my address several times and saying my name a few times for delivery, our pizza arrived not in the 35 minutes that I was told but in an hour and 10 minutes. And the order was wrong! And they didn’t slice it properly. I called back and was told my pizza was on the way… no apology or customer service what so ever. Will not order from them again.

Carry out is ok, stay away from online ordering. Pizza came an hour later and was cold.

Always receive good service and quality food. I haven’t had any issues with this location.

The customer service was horrible. And the food looked horrible! The pizza wasnt cooked right and the chicken we ordered were the size of nickles. Which they arent allowed to sell. (the only reason i jnow is because i have worked for dominos) and our lava cake was smouched! I will never go back to this dominos as long as sage in managing it. She is the one that packed iur order knowing it looked the way it looked.

We have eaten at almost every pizza joint and pizzeria in Temecula and find that at this particular dominos the pizza is always delicious, the staff is always friendly and the pizza is piping hot and on time. We like to take advantage of their Monday through Thursday special on a large 3 topping pizza and feel that it’s one of the better values in town. Highly recommend this place.

We ordered online just an order of 12 price chicken, bread sticks & a drink & we live 2 mins down the road, but the only reason we asked for delivery is because we had just missed the carry out hours. We waited for over an hour, which was confusing when the website says it takes 15 – 20 minutes. We never received our order and are going to have to call corporate for a refund.

The pizza wasn’t amazing but it also wasn’t as bad as some people make it out to be. My driver was punctual and the pizza was still hot when it arrived… thank you driver who’s name starts with an «L»!
The pizza in particular was a little soggy which I’m sure was because the of the pineapple. Again, I don’t expect gourmet but next time maybe drain the canned pineapple a little bit please? I may order from here again. Won’t be my first choice though.

I don’t know why I keep ordering from there. Each time I am disappointed. The food is always cold when it finally gets delivered.

By far the best of the delivery pizzas and even as good or not better than some of the local ones.

The pizza really has gotten better over the years.
The crust isn’t plain anymore. It’s great to have garlic crust.
Make use of their coupons. Makes it really worth going. Make sure you check your stuff before you go.
Forgot my sauces on an online order. Luckily they were cool and still gave it to me when I asked.
ALSO: they charge for parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes now! .99 for a small bottle of both. I get it, they’re being cost effective and charging for these condiments now but geez, kinda blindsided on this one.

Awful customer service here. Had an employee very loudly tell me that my card was declined after he entered the number wrong. I said, «no way.» He mocked me and said «way.» He gave me a half-​assed apology when he figured out it was his mistake.
Before that, when I walked in, I asked for one of their $ 7.99 large pizzas and he snapped at me and said, «We don’t have those! That’s only a deal we run Monday through Thursday.» It was a Friday when I ordered.
OK, fair enough. It wasn’t a deal that they were running that day. Still, I didn’t like the fact that he was rude with me for no apparent reason.
I’m just a perfectly average guy. I came in wanting a pizza and was in good spirits when I went to order. I smiled when I approached the counter and was returned a frown by this bad-​tempered old man who snapped at me when I ordered and later attempted to embarrass me in front of other customers with my card. I felt really bad at that point but I had ordered my pizza and my best approach was to wait.
I got my pizza and took it home. When I opened up the box the pizza had barely any cheese on it and the steak topping I ordered was crispy (not at all how Philly steak should be). The dough, on the other hand, wasn’t cooked all the way through so I was left with a soggy and ultimately unappealing pizza. I could have spent much less money at Little Caesar’s and gotten something better. I will not be back.

I was excited to place an online order for a couple of pizzas for delivery. I was pleasantly surprised about the «your pizza status» where you can see what stage your order was in. I ordered my pizza at 2:00pm and at 2:35 my status showed that the pizza had been delivered. Well it wasn’t and when I called the store they said the driver had just left which meant I didn’t get my pizza until 3:00. My pizza was late which was annoying. But what was even more annoying was that the «status» feature with dominos online seems to be a gimmick.

Maybe I was lucky, but I ordered a gluten free pizza twice and there were no problems either time. I carried out each time, never had it delivered. Best gluten free pizza I’ve had and never felt ill after.

Ordered online. Pizza arrived about 30 minutes after the pizza tracker said the employee left the location, even though I live maybe 5 minutes away. Overall, delivery time was just over an hour. Pizza arrived cold, and tasted… Like cold flavorless pizza. Might have been passable hot, but cold doesn’t cut it.

I’m a celiac, ordered the gluten free pizza. Waited and waited no pizza. Sent a friend over to get it and they said they were out. Never called to tell me and indictated via email the order was placed and completed. Lazy teens working. Go somewhere else. No courtesy at all to tell me they were out.

Ordered two mediums, two toppings, cheesy bread and coke. The guy taking our order said it would all be for 16 dollars. Sweet!
The delivery guy came and my bill was $ 25! Say wha-​?!
Grr. The dude on the phone sounded new so I didn’t complain to the delivery guy, paid, and ate the dang thing. The pizza tasted good! I think i like Papa John’s Pizza a little better, but Dominos is A-​Ok.
