Nook and Cranny Maid Service

Brittnee did an excellent job cleaning my apartment. I am very busy and let things slip in my apartment. She showed up at exactly the scheduled time and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend her service and use it again.

I can’t believe it’s taken me a year to write a review for Britnee! I think I thought I had already done so, so here it is.
Britnee has done bi-​weekly cleaning for us for about a year now. She’s great and affordable, two things I love. I love coming home at the end of the day to a sparkling clean house. She’s also very quick (although our house is pretty easy to clean I think) so I barely notice she’s there! The other great thing for me is that she loves my dog and lets him stay in the house and «help» her clean. He gets so excited when she comes, it’s like having an extra playdate on top of house cleaning!
I would definitely recommend Britnee for great service and affordability.

CLEANING DESERVES 4 STARS. HOWEVER I COULD HEAR WHAT WAS SAID IN MY BATHROOM AND IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT IT.
you guys were only working for 5 hours (which includes the 15 – 20 min cig break they took) big whoop!
try working a 9 – 10 hour shift.
SO EXCUSE ME IF ALL I WANNA DO IS SIT ON MY ASS ON MY DAY OFF AND PLAY GAMES. THATS EXACTLY WHY I HIRED CLEANING LADIES SO I COULD RELAX.
i have never heard of cleaning ladies COMPLAINING AND SHIT TALKING while they work, thats such disrespect.
i asked for a deep clean in my tiny ass 1 bedroom apt (750 sq/​ft) and only asked for them to do my kitchen, bathroom and living room.
the initial estimate was 60 – 70 but when they got here she said 90, i was ok with it because i had a feeling they were going to do a good job. which they did an great job (although some spots were missed, but what they did clean was good and i wont take any credit away from that)
about 4 hours in i could hear one of them complaining saying they have plans for tonight (or someone was coming over) so to make it easy for them i said instead of doing the living room all they had to do was vacuum, and dust a shelf and id take care of the rest.
they pretty much made 20 bucks an hour (i paid them more than what i make doing a 9 – 10 hour shift so again why complain?) and they still have time to get ready or do whatever they need to do tonight.
so bottom line
Cleaning 4 stars (im happy with what they did)
Shit talking should give them a star (negative if Unilocal had any)
I dont think ill go through them again and I know I overpaid them but whatever

We hired Brittnee for weekly cleaning of our home, and while her cleaning was acceptable, she was not reliable or professional at all! She didn’t show up one day and even multiple phone calls for the next few days she didn’t bother to return our messages or phone calls and just stopped coming without any notice or prior disagreements over pay or anything as we paid exactly what she asked! Definitely NOT recommended for someone who is looking for regular cleaning services!

Brittnee was awesome. Her services outshine any other I’ve ever had. I’ve been thru quite a few maid services looking for a company who employ’s people who clean the way I want it done. Highly recommend her and her team!!! Completely professional and thro… Thanks again ladies
