Karen was unprofessional and hardly responds when you try to contact her! I can see why the other two reviews about Karen were great: it is because they were people who actually were able to get a house through her. My experience with her was a complete waste of time! I went to an open house and decided to apply for the house. She rarely replied to my text messages. I sent all the information she needed and it took her about a day and a half to reply saying an application was pending and to follow up the next day. When i did follow up, i got no response. I called and left a message and got nothing back. I only found out that the place was no longer available when the listing disappeared. A simple reply saying the place is taken would have sufficed. I wouldnt have wasted my time trying to drop off the application fee and waiting for a reply from her if she remained professional and upfront about everything.

Karen is very responsive and caring for both landlord and tenant. You can’t find a better leasing agent in the Valley.

Karen helped my son (a first time renter) find a great place to call home. She went above and beyond to help him from the approval process to a very quick move in date. Karen was able to take care of her home owner’s needs while at the same time giving my son the start he needed. She has also been great to respond to requests and repairs. She always makes us feel like we are her #1 client!
