I usually have my lab work done here and each Med. Tech. that I have had for the past several years has been friendly up until today. Today’s Tech. was extremely unfriendly, could barely ask me my name, and acted like I was putting her out. She was a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, heavyset Blonde woman with eyeglasses.
NEWS FLASH LADY, Physicians WANT to be made aware of these types of situations, and could pull their recommendations to use this Lab with experiences such as I had today. My Dr. WILL hear about this. It is not the patient who should be treated so poorly. If the Tech. was alone and overwhelmed, then she should have called for back up help, not acted like someone just pissed in her Cheerios.

I came in at 11:40. Signed in. Waited less than a minute and was sent to do my urine sample. Then I was taken to the room to draw blood. We were out by 11:50.
The girl was very quick and friendly. I don’t enjoy needles and I barely felt it when she drew blood.
They are closed for lunch noon to 1 pm so watch out for that.
