Green Burrito

Beware, this location is no longer a ‘Green Burrito’; it’s now called ‘GREAT Burrito’. The lettering on the signs are almost identical too, so they are probably hoping nobody will notice the switch. The bean & cheese burritos are decent, but the nachos are NOT the same quality as Green Burrito’s at all. It’s really too bad, I used to love this location.

Don’t waste your time eating here! It’s a rip off. Their potato & egg breakfast burrito was mostly BEANS… couldn’t even find the egg & little potato. I won’t be returning to this place. Very disappointing :(

I like the bean and cheese burrito and the horchata! Mmmm so yummy with lots of ice… I’ll be coming back to try the breakfast burritos sometime soon

Have not been to one in years but tummy went off across the street at PO so thought why not. Hubby had taco salad and enjoyed it although he felt it quite small. I had chili relleno and enchilada combo plate. Nice size for lunch, plate was hot and good taste. The rice was quite plain but the rest of it made up for it. Three salsas to choose from and pickled carrots at salsa bar. People were nice and the tables were clean. It is fast food so can’t compare to a restaurant. We will be back. We enjoyed it for sure.

I always get the breakfast burrito with beans, eggs, and cheese. Honestly, it’s my favorite breakfast burrito ever. I love the taste.

Ordered the steak super nachos food was very bland and the meat was full of grizzle.

If you like a ton of bland food, burritos loaded with tasteless beans this is the place for you! Do not order the Big Ben burrito unless you want a ton of that. Don’t get me started on the Jonestown music playing non stop!

Super nachos are amazing after night at winery I was starving and this hit the spot right down the street from Miranonte winery !

Lots of Potential
I eat here every now and then and it’s typically always the same story. Decent food and decent staff. But there is so much potential for success at this restaurant. If the service was more energetic and helpful, the cooking not so lazy (because the food is delicious, but the portions are always the opposite of generous, and oj many occasions come with errors), this place would be rockin! The inside is well kept and spacious. The mexican beverage machine is a huge plus. If the staff picked it up a notch, this restaurant would get the 5 star rating it deserves.

Great service cashier was really nice he very friendly. Food tastes great I tried the super meat nachos with chicken absolutely amazing. Very clean restaurant too

Bummed to be giving this place a bad review but they messed my simple order of a bean and potato with hot sauce burrito TWICE. I have been going to this place for forever so it bums me out. I had ordered beans and potatoes in my burrito. The lady working did not confirm my order, which they do every time, so that got me a little worried. I had had a really rough day and one of their awesome burritos was the only thing that sounded good. So you can understand my frustration when I had to turn back not once, BUT TWICE to get my order right. The second time I tell the cook and lady were talking smack on me! I know this must sound ridiculous, since I am not fluent in spanish, but I do know enough to know that they are using derogatory words. I asked for my money back the second time and she looked at me like I was crazy. Been coming here all my life, never coming back again. I don’t understand what is so hard about getting a bean and potato burrito right. What a bummer.

This is a staple of my childhood into adulthood. It’s one of the originals. I’ve been eating here since freshman year of high school when Mr. Sibby would sell them for cheap!!! (Im sure moat tvhs alums remember this). The food is always fresh and hot. The owners are very kind and keep the place extremely clean. Best breakfast burritos in town by far!!! I also love their enchiladas. It’s cheap but so good!!!

A staple of Temecula, this is one if not the last original Green Burritos. This is not the same as the menu at Carl’s Jr, although it’s the same name.
This is my favorite place for breakfast burritos. Creamy beans, fresh pico, and your choice of ingredients. Today though we visited them for lunch. They took the basic components I love as the basis for the Super Meat burrito. I asked for it without lettuce, and for my meat I chose chicken. Delicious!

I never try anything else here but for the breakfast burrito alone i will give it four stars. Its my favorite breakfast burrito.

Order breakfast burrito for got cheese and potatoes! little ham!!! wtf! The ladies cooking were chitchatting away maybe that’s why they for got and didn’t load up my burrito! this location is also kinda old and not too clean!

This is a good place to eat if you want a decent meal fairly fast. I love the smothered green burrito, although it is very big.

Local family runs this place. Nice people fair prices and lots of dishes not on main menu like chilaquiles, al pastor, machaca con huevos, menudo and such

This place is like a lot of taco shops in SoCal. A walk up Mexican restaurant that offers a wide variety of tacos, burritos, and other Mexican cuisine.
There are a few things that sets this place apart from many others and puts it towards the top of most places. These are the extremely low prices, many REAL daily specials, and a full line of Juicy Whip/​Rico drinks on tap you can refill.
The Green Burrito interior is very clean and has a nice lighting to it. Much better than most places that resemble a Burger King or Mcdonalds, this place has some interior design that feels like a sit down Mexican restaurant. The staff is very friendly and service is prompt. You wont be waiting around to be helped.
Whats great about this place is the specials. My favorite is the Taco Monday AND Tuesday. $ 1 tacos, hard or soft corn tortillas. The quality of meat is about average, but they give you guacamole, pico de gallo, and great tortillas. The nachos are also very good and huge compared to almost any other place like this. Green Burrito offers many items that are priced well below the competitors and have great flavor.
Another great perk is the full line of Juicy Whip and Rico drinks on tap that are refillable. The Horchata and Pina Colata are awesome.
Overall, this is one of my favorite taco shops in the IE. Great price, great taste, and great service.

I stumbled upon this place for breakfast as I was going to the Legends golf course. It was conveniently located in the shopping center next to the golf course. The place was clean and friendly service with full typical topping bar.
I ordered the Chorizo and egg burrito. Hoping to eat my hangover away with greasy Mexican food I was a little disappointed. The burrito isnt as big as it should and it was half refried beans. I had to eat half of the burrito to find the chorizo and egg. Not exactly happy pay $ 6.00 for a bean and chorizo burrito
The staff there was very friendly and seamed to get the food out very quickly. I dont believe they put all the beans in there to rip me off, just taht they dont have regular fillings like other taco shops. Make sure you ask whats in the burrito before you order it.
