Great clothes and accessories & good sales but the reason I don’t go back in is that they are RUDE! I tried going in a second time months after. Again, the another girl was rude! I waited forever to try on boots I had asked for and after she didn’t even ask if I liked them or needed another size? I will not go back in they need to teach their staff customer service.

The customer service is always top notch. A sales person is always available and checking to make sure you are finding things okay and if you need help. Very friendly.
The pricing is what the pricing is. You are at a Guess store not Ross or T.J. Maxx. That being said, their sale prices are outstanding! I purchased a purse and wallet for the regular price of the purse. The staff also let me know that all sales on these two items are final. There was also a sign that indicated it.
My friend was with me and wanted to purchase a watch for me for my birthday. When I tried it on it was too big. The sales girl said that they would remove links for me so that it would fit properly. She had the appropriate tools and everything right there!

My husband loves the clothes here, so I shop here whenever I can for him. Great selection of jeans and shirts for men. I myself, like some of the clothes for the women. As soon as I lost my baby weight from my first pregnancy, I was in here trying on jeans. The girl who worked there was very helpful with me trying on things in the fitting room and made me feel like special. She would run over and get me my size if a certain size didn’t fit.
My husband’s jeans from here last years! It’s pricey but you’re paying for quality.
