A real treat! Molly’s Mango drink is highly recommended — a delicious, decadent, craft cocktail while you wait for your table. Life is good~ :)

Menu needs an overhaul. Food photos would be great. Hit or miss on the food. Having traveled all over Asia and love the food, Siam cooks could use some cooking classes and use of spices, etc. Pretty much a fast food restaurant. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps. Very dry and tasteless. Tons of noodles on dishes, but who wants too eat mainly noodles? I hope they get a real Thai/Asian chef soon and improve their menu. Offer half the items, just make them delicious please.

This place is ridiculous. If you want to wait for two hours to eat, come here. Our reservation was at 7, we weren’t seated until 7:30, and we didn’t get our food until 8:30. We noticed that everyone around us had already gotten their food, and when we asked our waiter about when our meal would be coming, he said to be patient because the kitchen was small. The food was good(especially nipple platter and Thai iced tea) but not worth the poor service and the long wait. Not to mention it’s almost impossible to get a reservation here — since they don’t do reservations. We had to call 6 times because the line was busy.

Walked in here on a Wednesday at 8:30pm(late for Telluride) and it was an hour wait for a table of 2. Disappointing because we were hungry but made us excited to try the place because everyone was willing to wait. Service was good and quick but not to the point where we felt rushed. Menu was huge and felt there was so much more to explore and try there. We went with more traditional dishes and everything was excellent: shrimp spring rolls, basil duck, Thai dumplings, and chicken Pad Thai. Generous portions especially of the duck in the basil duck dish. Plenty of great left overs the next day.

Me and my husband love this place! Everything on that menu is fantastic! The reservations open at 4 so call and try to get a table, we have always managed to get a table.

Heard the food was good. Would have loved to try it but the hostess was so rude and that we didn’t even sit down.

It’s easier to get a table at French Laundry than at this pretentious hole. They don’t take reservations, but they do play a ridiculous call-ahead«priority seating» game where if you wait until they’re open at 5 to call, you get mocked by one of the condescending wenches who answer the phone and get told it’ll be 9 pm before they can seat you. If you call before they open at 5, you still get mocked by another one of the condescending wenches who answer the phone and get told it’ll be 9 pm before they can seat you unless you come at 5, but when you arrive you’ll get mocked by the condescending wench at the door and get told they can seat you at 9.

Food was ok but the Waiter was a huge prick. The place is way overpriced Pad Thai with chicken costs $ 20. Can I get my money back so I can go the Cosmo?

For a remote mountain town, this was shockingly delicious, authentic, and fresh Thai food! I went on a slightly off-season day and this was a good move since apparently the wait can be quite long in peak season. Our server was David, he was polite and very well-informed. We shared the ‘nipple platter’ and everything on the plate was great. The sauces were amazing, and the crab rangoons were among the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly filled dumplings, crispy yet not greasy exterior, and all had delicious flavors. The coconut soup was awe-inspiring. It was so perfectly balanced with flavors I regret not getting a bowl; there’s always next time! The yellow curry was awesome. Pure flavors and a perfect heat level. The only thing is, we were sharing, and only received one small rice side-dish between the two of us; personal rice if you’re sharing seems more appropriate. Prices were elevated for the larger dishes, but worth it for where you are and the great quality of the ingredients. You’re 8,750 ft above sea level here people. The fried ice cream dessert was big and tasty, and was a nice rich end to the meal. I’m making this place a once week visit!

So here we go, over all it’s pretty good, service is fast for Thai, and the food is really good. Let’s talk about the good things first, the menu is large, and the peanut and pineapple stir fry is very good. Also the noodles were good and everything was served with a purple flower. Also there was some tofu hand rolls that had colored edible rice paper that was great and super cute looking. We sat outside and the heater is able to be self controlled so we kept it warm and it was nice. Now for the not so great things. They cannot make the curry vegetarian, there is pre made fish sauce in that and the Pad Thai. Also there was a hair in the rice, which was a bit gross. Over all though, this place is very cute and delicious. Would recommend. Vegetarians, just be prepared to not get curry.

This place was a pleasant surprise that we found while honeymooning in Telluride. My wife ordered a sweet and tasty Thai iced tea. I got a mint green tea which was perfect. I saw that the banana curry was highly recommended by several other Unilocal users, so I ordered that with chicken. It was amazingly tasty. Order it spicy so you can taste the sweet balance out the spiciness. Our server said he would not order it mild or medium. We shared the Tom Yum pot of soup medium spicy which was excellent. Plenty for the both of us. My wife ordered 3 hand rolls for her meal and was more than happy and full. Great Thai food in this small mountain town.

After a perfect day meandering around Telluride, we stopped in for dinner to be greeted by a lovely little reggae band performing next to us on the porch. It felt like we teleported to an island paradise for a few moments. Cucumber cocktails were tasty and refreshing! Crab rangoons were delectable, especially the sweet and sour type sauce that accompanied the dish. Tom kha soup was rich and savory, top notch. Green curry(hot) was on point! Service was excellent, highly recommend.

Meh is right — pretty mediocre Thai. We ate there a few weeks ago on vacation. The food was underwhelming — pretty lacking in flavor.(I’m not talking about spiciness. That was okay. Everything we had lacked that play of sweet/salty/sour/bitter that’s the hallmark of Thai food.) Service was good but not particularly friendly. Ambiance was a bit overwhelming, as we were seated near the way-too-loud live band playing on the porch.

Wow what a little gem of a restaurant. A couple locals told us to come here — and they were right — fantastic food. It’s off the beaten path — but worth the walk. It really is some of the best Thai I’ve had. I was almost impressed when my boyfriend ordered his Pad Thai«Thai hot» the waiter was quick to explain it would be very hot but they didn’t have a certain pepper to make it authentically Thai hot. The servings are generous and everything was very flavorful.

For a small town, Telluride has some awesome dining options. Siam is no exception. Lively spot with a large menu. Good for a big group for a fun night out. We had a lot of laughs here that may or may not have had to do with the weird personality of our waiter or our own intoxication. The only thing I remember eating were the dumplings and the whole fried fish with red curry sauce. Both were awesome, especially the whole fish. I definitely recommend that. It was .

This was a perfectly fine Thai place for a small Colorado town. After a long day on the mountain, we were just craving some spicy Thai. And they definitely make their food spicy. Spicy is definitely hot for those who love really hot food. The extra spicy was just a bit too much for us, but all of that food was gone by the end of the night. Bummed that they don’t have a website so you can see their menu. Makes ordering for delivery not possible for the non-locals. So I was the designated pick up person, who showed up the place, took photos of the menu, and sent images to my friends to decide. The food came out quick, and the bartender was super friendly. They were looking at an 1.5 hour wait for a table when I left. Glad we decided to do take out!

DONOTORDERCARRYOUTATSIAM. I sent the following email to the owners AOL account a week ago with no response: «Dear Siam Ownership, We live in Viking Lodge right across from Siam and have eaten there/ordered from there 3 times. Tonight, we ordered take out that you said would be 30 – 45 minutes. We called back 45 minutes later and you unapologetically said they hadn’t put our order in yet. That it would be at least 15 more minutes– so we finally picked up dinner and hour and change after ordering it. It was two stir fry veggie entrees for $ 32 total– when we got home one of the containers was not even half full and they were both lukewarm and not very appetizing. We love the proximity of your restaurant and the food has always been great– but tonight was awful– we were so disappointed and felt ripped off. I thought I would communicate to you directly before writing an honest review on Unilocal.» They never responded back! Be careful ordering carry out from Siam it will be meager portions, take over an hour and 15 minutes, and be over $ 30 for two basic entrees. And because they are always booked up/packed out– they do not care in the slightest. Ripoff!
