Worse customer service. Had a problem with a washer. That didn’t even wash my clothes right and water came running out the side. Tried and I mean tried speaking to the older lady who worked there. First of all hire people who can actually hear. And someone who knows alot about customer service. Not someone who ignores ur questions and concerns. And keeps walking away. Very disappointed. She wouldn’t refund me my money or start another washer like some places would do out of common courtesy. Bad bussiness. Especially for paying customers.

This has a good offering of machines (probably not hundreds, though), so generally you can find something right away. There is also a pretty decent level of cleanliness and somewhat rare for a laundromat, a good degree of spaciousness, so you can lounge and read books, if you’re like me and prefer to do that. If not, Nickelcade is across the parking lot or any of a plethora of other businesses in the very quirky Carriage Square. If I still lived in the area, this would probably remain as my go-​to laundry, as it is close enough to a variety of stuff that you can get whatever you need. Parking is also pretty spacious as well, perhaps somewhat of an oft-​overlooked aspect of useful laundromats.

My husband went in to check prices out for dry cleaning shirts. Meanwhile the lady who works there comes out and bangs on the window of my vehicle demanding to know what I was doing in the designated parking spot for the cleaners. We had only been sitting here for about 5 minutes. I told her that my husband was looking at dry cleaning, she walked off disgusted. Not only was she rude but they are expensive! I would give no stars.

This place is awesome! Hundreds of machines, regular-​sized and gigantic sized for my bedding. Machines are fast and worked great. Two sizes of dryers which worked great and were cheap. I only do extra large sized items and this will be the place I go to from now on. I loved it!

The variety and sizes of the washing machines here will just about guarantee there will be no waiting on just about any day. Prices are on par with other laundry establishments, and they do have some 80 pound machines for those bedspreads and rug cleaning runs. The drawback… the dryers are… well, NOT HOT. Seriously, you can spend more to dry your clothes than to wash them!
The reason for 4 stars… they offer a drop off service. Usually clothes are ready in a few hours at just over a buck a pound. Shirts are on hangars, clothes are folded and bagged and ready for you to put them away at home. The price may seem high, but if you factor in the bank loan your gonna need to dry your clothes on your own, this may be a better option… and you dont have to do the work!
