Advantage Window and Door

I was a bit perplexed the first when I started looking for companies to replace windows in my home. I chose Advantage Window and Door because of the price and longevity in business. It was a great choice. It was a very pleasant experience. From the salesman all the way through to the installer everyone did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and I love that. Plus my windows look fantastic. I would highly recommend Advantage Window and Door. Also they were the best price and the best bang for my buck.

I had these guys install some windows a few years back. Things went fine with the purchase and installation. I now have one of my window that is coming out of its place. The first time I called, I got a hold of Bill and thought we would get this resolved. I have now called well over 10 times over the last month and have emailed them with no avail. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Customer service is not just at the point of sale. Amazing how many people forget about you once they have your money. Very disappointed.

These guys are pro. They got me an estimate quickly, and scheduled the installation for 3 weeks-​out; which was really good because winter’s approach was not slowing-​down. No smooth-​talking. No hard up-​sell. No BS story about looking for «showcase homes» and that you might qualify for a huge discount. Just some good, honest folks measuring your windows, showing some options, and giving you a fair price. They beat the three other estimates I received without any need for haggling. They also spent some extra time and left me with samples to help choose a tint.
And the product? I replaced 4 large (8 feet tall) windows in our living room. We just made it through their first cold season and I have been super impressed! The house was so much warmer all winter long!
