The breakfast are all good especially the breakfast Burrito and the Country omelet, my favs. Walleye dinners, Greek chicken salads, all excellent, top it off with rice pudding w/whip cream and cinnamon. Everyone that works there and the owner will stop and say hello. Friends and family have been going here for years and all love it

My wife and I just had breakfast here this morning(2÷7÷2016) and it was goooood! She had the spinach omelette with swiss and hash browns, and I had the eggs benedict with hashbrowns Mykonos style(add cheddar and onions). Both were well prepared; the hollandaise sauce tasted homemade and the Mykonos hashbrowns were tasty. Service was really quick and friendly, which is always appreciated. We’re definitely going back for other meals in the future!

I have been eating here for 10 years and they never cease to amaze me! Me and my family always say«when in doubt, go to Mykonos!» Anything I have ever ordered has been great. You can tell the cooks and the owner love what they do and that they cook from their heart. I am not Greek but I am guessing that if I was, this is how my grandma would cook! The french toast is perfect, the spaghetti is great, and the Greek food is as good as something you would get at a restaurant in Greek Town. The portions are large too. The place is clean and welcoming. It is usually packed on the weekends, so you know it is good! Also, kids get a FREE spaghetti dinner on Tuesdays. All in all, I love it!

Fantastic gyros! Lots of freshly shaved meat(not the frozen strips of jerky that most places use). Prices were very fair and interior was clean. Wait staff was very accommodating. We have finally found our new favorite Greek diner!

This is a very casual place but the food is pretty good. I enjoyed my chicken gyro and the lady who took my carry out order was very nice. I will be back.

Great resto, pleasant staff and great food! Flaming saganaki is a must! Best gyro and fries, huge portion for almost nothing! Highly recommend for a great Greek fix outside of Greece

My favorite local diner. Good food, low prices, and great service! I recommend the rosa marina soup, skordalia(Greek garlic potatoes– try it with fish!) and«Mykonos style» hash browns.

My rating is based against other coney islands. This place is very good ate here the first time with my daughter and food was really good and staff was very polite. Coneys were well above average will definitely come back when I need my fix.

Love their gyro or chicken Greek salad, the dressing is creamy and delicious. They also make really good soups. This is your typical Coney Island type restaurant as far as breakfast goes, but a lot of their lunch/dinner food is homemade. Prices are reasonable, and portions are decent– my husband and I often share meals and get a bowl of soup to go with it.

Mykonos is consistent! The food is always good no matter what meal. My all time favorite is the gyro greek salad. The gyro meat is tender and juicy every time and the salad is enough for two meals. The wait staff is always nice and service is fast. One of my favorite diners.

This place is a favorite of my wife and her friends. They enjoy meeting here. I find the décor to be a bit on the dated side, but I don’t come for the décor. I like their fried fish dinners. The breading is light and crispy. It isn’t too bready. The fish is cooked just right. It is tender and moist.

I will say, the lamb shank was well seasoned and was falling off the bone, as it should be, but everything else about the restaurant was mediocre at best. Yes, the restaurant looks and smells clean, but the service we received was more than enough of a reason for us to never go back again, especially with so many other places we can choose from within a short distance from there(one right across the street). Either the owners have become complacent or simply don’t care, but the bottom line is, if the service is going to suck, you really need to step up the ante on the food to stand out from your competition. And, as of right now, Mykonos’ food is far from standing out from the nearby coney islands. If you’re looking for good service and good food, don’t bother with this one.

Stopped here tonight because we wanted to eat somewhere that would be quick. Generally coney islands are quick. Boy were we wrong! We sat down and the owner/manager(?) came over to us and took our drink order. He brought our drinks and it took our waitress 15 minutes to even come to the table to take our order. She said one of the girls called off, but the place wasn’t very busy and there was another waitress and a hostess working too. Our food was really good! The chicken was awesome on my Chicken Gyro. The gyro sauce was good and not thick like some places. Fries were standard. My fiancé and I both loved the food, but thought our service sucked. When we walked to the front to pay we had to wait for the hostess to finish her personal phone call before cashing us out. She didn’t care that we were standing there as she told the person«You obviously don’t know what f**king 15 minutes means! I told you to leave in 10 minutes so you’d be here in 15. Oh well, you’ll just have soggy hamburgers then!» She took my fiancé’s debit card and started walking away, then came back and told us the machine didn’t work up front. It’s really unfortunate the service was so crappy, because we won’t be back — regardless of how good the food was!

Pleasant little coffee shop done in a Greek Village motif. Unpretentious food and good service make this restaurant a nice place to meet old friends and sit a spell. Breakfasts run $ 4 to $ 8 and are reasonable. A large platter with three eggs, hashbrowns, three meats, toast, and pineapple runs $ 5.95.

Based on solid Unilocal reviews, I ventured to Mykonos for lunch today. The décor was cute, and the place was nice and clean. The hostess was quite polite and we were seated right away. The food was mediocre. The saganaki was standard fare, the lemon rice soup was bland, and the bread was your typical plastic-wrapped edible slices. My companion’s lamb shank was admittedly delicious. She liked the mashed potatoes that came with them, and the peas were tasty with some onion and herbs in them. My open faced roast turkey sandwich was good, but not great, with gravy that tasted like it came from a can. The hash browns were acceptable. We were served our soups and didn’t see a waitress again for 20 minutes. In the meantime, our waters were empty and I had planned on asking for some lemon wedges to try to zest up the soup a bit. There was a black hair(mine is blonde) in the gravy underneath my turkey. I didn’t notice it until I was done with my meal. While the waitress apologized, she rationalized it by claiming that the chef’s hair isn’t black. Completely unprofessional, and no offers to compensate in any way. I’m sure some locals love this place, but for my money, there are at least two«coney island’ style restaurants within a 5 minute drive of Mykonos that are vastly superior. Steer clear if possible.

Once again, another 3 ½ star review in actuality, but i will lean with 4 starts because of 1 thing: Gyro. That gyro was really really on point. Everything about it, makes it one of my favorite gyros going(in a tie with Olga for my personal favorite right now) and it is a big gyro as well(they do offer extra meat for 1.75 extra but if you did that, they mite as well just give you the whole sheep). I also had the loose burger and chili cheese fries here, which both to me was above average/good, just had better in both departments. Overall i would come here again, because they do give you good portions, and they do have a big menu with more stuff i want to try(my fiancée had there wet burrito and loved it so hey).

I liked it here. I can see comparisons to coney islands however most coneys do not have marinated octopus or skordalia(with fried artichokes too). I cannot speak to authenticity as I have never been to Greece but it was very nice food. I had an obscenely big gyro here. Do not ask for extra meat unless you have spent the day doing some kind of back breaking sweat inducing real type work. I did not do any such nonsense and so I could not even begin to finish it. Thank goodness I didn’t attempt any sides. I took more than half home and it made a nice lunch. Ok I fess up. Part of my fullness issue was that I ate those artichokes dipped in skordalia app myself, yes all by myself, solo. Thank god for yoga pants for fat indulgence days. It was worth it. Mmmmmm. My husband was not a bit interested in either side of that concoction and good thing because I wasn’t a bit interested in sharing it. He had a country omelet smothered in sausage gravy, hash browns cooked crisp as requested and some wheat toast. As he cleaned his plate in rather swift fashion I am assuming he had no complaints. He does not really love discussing his food, he’s strange. Service was friendly and welcoming. The server was super helpful after finding out we were newbies. Refills appeared without request. All good in my book. The restaurant is comfortable, with plenty of different seating options and room to move. Prices are a steal in here. Daily specials come with both soup or salad AND a dessert and run from 8 – 12 bucks. Portions seem big no matter what you order. I’ll be back. Cheap, no frills but a bit of interesting thrown in here and there. It kinda works for me. Probably a true 3 ½ but I’m bumping it up until I delve further.

I’ve grown up less than a half mile from this place and have been coming to it since I was little girl. Their food is the BOMB, and the wait staff is fantastic. Granted, I usually go there for breakfast. For the record, if you go there for breakfast get something with their sausage gravy(e.g. breakfast bowl, biscuits and gravy, etc). Microwaved and from a can or not, It’s to DIEFOR!!! Oh yeah, and great prices, too!
