Fusion Kitchen

I’ve been here twice. Both times I’ve had to leave before getting my meal. The last time we waited 45 min for the appetizer ands that’s all we got because or was another 20 sitting there waiting for our meal. There were only 4 other tables with people and some karaōke being set up. We had to tell them that we were leaving due to poor service. Yet, AGAIN! I want so badly to believe the place is good by their menu but I never get to. 3 times alone I’ve tried to go here for lunch this year. To try and give them another chance while I’m craving sushi. And it was closed. All 3 times.

I just moved to the area so naturally the first thing to do was find a good Chinese delivery place.
We tried Fusion Kitchen and overall I was very pleased with them! It was affordable, delivery was prompt! The sushi was delicious and even came with a warning about how long you can keep it at room temperature and advised against keeping it overnight (safety first, kiddos!)
The crab rangoons were the only reason this is four stars and not five. Too cream cheese-​y but then, I’m a food snob. I got the chicken lo mein which was delicious and my boyfriend got the Singapore Rice Noodles which he said was equally tasty. Will use again! :)

This was our first time ordering as we got a menu in the mail. In my opinion, Chinese food in this area can not be so great. The food was here quick and I have to say the food was fantastic. Everything was fresh. One thing I noticed is that unlike most places, the dishes had more substance to them. Our beef and broccoli was loaded with fresh veggies and so was our general tsos chicken. Definitely would recommend to anybody looking for good Chinese in the area.

We have come back for a second time. I’d say that the quality of the food is consistent. The service is very good.

This place is bad bad bad. If I were to review based on food, I would’ve given them 0 stars if possible. Service was decent but I would never return to this place again because of their food. It was a friends birthday and he wanted to find a place for dinner before heading over to round 1 so he settled on Fusion Kitchen. It was terrible.
We started off with some crab rangoons and scallion pancake. The crab rangoons were just filled with a glob of cream cheese. I really think that they just cut up squares of it off of a large block and then wrapped it with a wonton wrapper. Yes, crab rangoons are usually filled with cream cheese but not 100% cream cheese. If it is usually filled with 100% cream cheese, why not call it cream cheese rangoons instead? For my entrée, I ordered a Vietnamese noodle dish, grilled beef with vermicelli. Awful. The plate only contained small slices of beef, which wasn’t marinated enough and the rest of the plate was filled with vermicelli. Their fish sauce (aka «house sauce») that came with the dish tasted like salt water probably because they took regular fish sauce and just diluted the crap out of it with water. That is not the proper way of preparing fish sauce. They clearly did not put any effort or time into this dish.
My friends ordered their sushi and thought it was edible. So I guess the take home message is… if anyone wants to take the risk of ordering from here, then order the sushi. If you want something other than sushi? Go somewhere else. This is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

I really enjoy this place. They have great hours and the food is fresh. Drinks are always tasty too. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. I honestly love coming here and you should definitely check it out if you’re in the area.

Loved this place! Scorpion bowl was very good! Not too weak/​not too strong! Sushi was extremely good, miso soup also! A bit on the expensive side for the area, but worth a visit.

Omg… just omg. The food here is SO GOOOD and fresh!
The portions were big, we had left overs~ and I can’t wait to eat them later!
Ordered honey lemon chicken, shrimp teriyaki bento box, and chicken pad thai.

Chicken pad thai is a must try here! The chicken is beyond tender and everything taste so fresh. Yummy yummy.
Gahhhh, I just love it here and they are also really nice. :) :) and it’s really cute.

The food was amaaaaaaaaaaaazing! Very fresh and the people here were super friendly! There’s tv at the bar and a huge one in the dining room area. A great place to watch sports with friends with some fantastic Asian food!
Must-​try: lemon honey chicken wings & pad thai

The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is the portions are very small. Food was the freshest I’ve had in Taunton-​or ever for Chinese-​Asian-​fusion. Great service.

Crab Rangoon was terrible, the chicken was dry and burnt the Margarita had no alcohol in it what so ever the spare rib were pretty bad and cold beside all of this the sushi was good

Talk about great ownership/​skill/​passion for what you do! I was having a craving for sushi this past weekend. I had no idea what I wanted and although, I more than occasionally eat sushi, I can never remember what anything is called (I do have a toddler and have since then lost my mind apparently). I’m newer to the Raynham/​Taunton area and no one I know had good recommendations for a great sushi spot so I performed my own search. I ended up ordering out from Fusion with help from a lovely lady over the phone who gave all of the perfect recommendations (including cooked sweet potato sushi for my toddler). You can also watch then create your order on a monitor in the waiting area– Its like artwork! I can go on and on about the true passion every employee took in their work, presentation and demeanor which, let’s face it, is pretty difficult to find in the Greater Boston area. To keep this short, kudos to Fusion and now you have a forever customer

This is, hands down, the best sushi place for many, many miles. The service is excellent, the food both fresh and fantastic, and the prices more than reasonable. All I wish was that there were an online order option.
If you’re thinking about going to Hong Kong City? Go here instead. You won’t regret it.

Stopped in with my son for some sushi, it was ok. The waitress was very pleasant and did a great job. There were only two other tables with customers while we were there but we were all seated next to each other. The sushi was ok but definitely nothing special, Hong Kong city and Yamato are both better.
Not a bad choice but we will most likely not be returning

All I can say is wow. The server was awesome. And the Sushi is by far the best and freshest in town. Will definitely be a regular.

This was our second visit to Fusion Kitchen. Tonight we just wanted to stop in for some fresh Sushi. Sat at the Sushi Bar, placed our order and within 15 minutes I was enjoying my Shrimp Tempura Maki and my wife was enjoying her Philidelphia Roll. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will be back!

I was skeptical at first due to mix reviews and nobody was there (it was also Monday night so I wasnt expecting them to be busy) My daughter takes music lessons across the street and we had an hour wait so I decided to get something to eat with my 8 y/​o. We got the $ 15/​$ 20 voucher too so why not? I wasnt too crazy about the décor but the inside looks clean so Im ok with that. I ordered the Fried Fish Thai Curry. My daughter had fried rice, seafood dumplings and chicken fingers. I wasnt expecting much especially a fresh fish but what a pleasant surprise. The lightly battered fish was so fresh it melts in your mouth. The Curry was perfect and veggies were fresh. Presentation is outstanding. My daughter raved about her chicken fingers, it was not your typical Chinese take out chicken fingers but it was really good! I had a bite of the Seafood dumplings and fried rice and they were both excellent. Definitely great quality food at reasonable price! Were definitely going back!

The food is so fresh and delicious every time. Also it is a nice atmosphere with a very friendly staff.

It always amazes me that people who hate dealing with the public open businesses dealing with the public. We were told to go to Fusion Kitchen by a local who raved about the place and owners Desmond and Lisa. We got there and sat at the sushi bar next to Desmond who was balancing his checkbook. He didn’t greet us simply looked at us and went back to his checkbook. Ok well that’s fine he must be one of those «Rainman» chefs who doesn’t talk to people but makes great food. Nope. Just a guy who doesn’t deserve to own a business. His idea of Fusion is to put tempura crumbs on EVERYTHING. Save your money and conversation for a place that deserves it. This is not the place.
