Starbucks

This location is a joke. During my recent visits I’ve used the mobile app to place in order to avoid wait time. Every single time I came, my order was not ready and not even in the making. Wth is the point of mobile order if you’re not going to keep up?!
Today was my last straw, not only was my order not even ready even 5 – 8 minutes after the time estimated, the girl who made my drink gave me a pea size amount of whip cream when it clearly says EXTRA/​HEAVY WHIP.
Will definitely take the drive to Ventura and Shirley, way better.

This was my favorite location for a while. It’s not too hot or cold in this store, there’s plenty of seating, and their wi-​fi is consistent. It’s also next to tons of food places, so that makes this location super convenient.
However, like most Starbucks, whenever I ask for a water, I’m treated so rudely. Most recently, I asked for a Trenta sized water, and the dude working told me he wouldn’t give me that size. Then he asked me to wait. Then he started cleaning. With his gloves on. Then he got the water. Cleaning gloves still on. I get it, it’s just a water. It’s just one incident, but this really pissed me off. It’s your job to assist costumers, not to be an ass. I don’t come in every day asking for free cups of water. I’m a customer who spends their money here frequently. I guess I just felt very unwanted, which sucks because I actually enjoyed coming here.

Everyone that works here is great. They are super fast and very considerate of their clients.

One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve been too! The service was extremely slow due to the server conversing with a friend instead of moving the line along! The store itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a couple days! I realize outages happen, but this store was out of almost everything! For a very busy Starbucks, this is unacceptable!

Large location, big interior with plenty of outdoor seating as well. I just came here for a quick coffee pick me up in the afternoon. Never really come out here to valley, but the patrons seemed nice. A random guy opened the door for me when he saw that I was on crutches, what a gentleman!
Service was quick and efficient, reloaded my Starbucks card with money in under a minute. My drink wasn’t complicated just hazelnut iced coffee, so that came out quick too. Clean tables that weren’t crowded, makes this an idea option for people who like to study at coffee shops.
I kind of feel bad for the employees here, seems like they get treated badly by entitled customers who really, really need their caffeine fix. It’s JUST coffee and you’re at a Starbucks, if you were a real snob you’d brew your own.

Great service and nice employees. I received my order on time, just the way I wanted it. I encourage anyone who likes Starbucks to come to this location for the great staff and service.

I ordered my coffee and when it came the way I didn’t ask for I told the barista about it.
She took it in a aggressive way and threw it in the trash.
I was in shock
Well she did prepare another one that’s why I gave an extra star. But bad experience

Every time I go there the baristas are always rude to the costumers. Even when I ask for simple drinks like a caramel frappacino without caramel on the top only on the walls and they DROWNED IT IN CARAMEL IT WAS DOUSED I couldn’t even sip up the drink because Carmel was clogging up the straws. I almost threw up ! So when I NICELY asked for them to remake it the barista gives me a VANILLA BEAN WITH CARAMEL … Ugh so I waited and waited and told them politely for an actual caramel frapp and the barista rolled her eyes and said «what did I do wrong THIS TIME» finally the barista made the drink correctly !!! WOW CONGRATS
Disappointed and angry. Please hire better and nicer baristas.

Went in there Sunday morning around 6:30AM I ordered 4 hot drinks 1 frappé. 1 hot drink had 3 expresso shots. They gave me my order & I took off to work to only realize none of my drinks were labeled. I should’ve checked before leaving I know but I didn’t, all other Locations I’ve been to label the drinks so it sucked we had to just guess which one was which :(

Smooth and delicious. Every cup I have made of this espresso has been fabulous. It brews consistently and never fails to have a nice crema. I also love the creamy chocolate mocha flavor from starbucks. I order many different roasts and this one I actually made a repeat order on. You can’t go wrong with this roast… perfect for a daily brew, yet distinguished enough for entertaining!

Of all the various locations this one is my most visited. Always clean, great service.
Parking has been free in the back, but now they started a 3 hours free with validation. I dont mind, but the parking garage is a pain in the ass to leave because of the way the exit is set up. Dont let that keep you from going to this location.

Starbucks = Best coffee ever! Great location, great service, outdoor seating available. Overall, I recommend going to this location.

The customer service here is awesome!
I was so tired & wanted the best caffeinated thing for my drive home to Beverly Hills. The two cheerful servers put their heads together, and decided that the CLOVER press coffee would get me home.
***Another server helped me save a life — of a cricket! I stopped the girl in her tracks and said «don’t step on it! If you can catch it I will take it outside.» She didn’t hesitate for a second. She got out a cup and a bakery envelope. Together we trapped the cricket and I deposited it into the beautifully planted area outside, it’s new home.

The Starbucks has definitely improved, I walk in and sharia, I think that’s how you spell her name says good morning Joey, I mean I haven’t been here in a while but still it is nice to know that they know your name. It is a bit crowded but that’s to be expected at 7 AM. One good thing about the Starbucks, it is right next to whole foods.

By far Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop chain; and especially this location, because there are so many surrounding shops here. This Starbucks is very huge for this cozy neighborhood. I love their large wooden tables and it’s perfect for a group. The outdoor sitting area reminiscent of a European café with amazing and lovely atmosphere and staff.
I have been here many many times and always had a great experience.

I went in here today with my friend and we both ordered drinks as usual. I also needed to return some coffee I had received as a gift. This is the first time ever that I needed to make a return at a Starbucks. I want to first mention there was a long line, which was a little unusual at 7pm and there were only two employees working there.

I was returning bags of Christmas flavored coffee. The bags were brand new and sealed. I was just asking to exchange for a different flavor of the same value of money. The guy immediately told me they couldn’t be returned without a receipt. He said I could speak to the manager and gave no other reason. It seems to me that during the holiday season their return policy would be a little different due to the amount of people that return gifts after the holidays that don’t want or need what they received as gifts.
Since there was only two employees I had to talk to the manager while she was making drinks. Stephanie who I was told was the manager seemed distracted, unconcerned, and brushed me off rudely. She seemed like she was barely listening to me.
Stephanie said they wouldn’t return the coffee because she didn’t know if it was bought at a store decides Starbucks. She said that they could have been purchased at the supermarket. I don’t know if she meant the Starbucks in the supermarket or just the market.
However the bags I being returning were the exact coffee Christmas bags that they had for sale at all Starbucks locations. I haven’t seen that exact style and size in the supermarket, not including Starbucks located inside the market.
The kicker was we went to another Starbucks right afterwards and they exchanged the coffee with not a second thought. Easiest transaction ever! After talking with friends I heard Starbucks even returns open coffee if you didn’t like it. How is it that they can’t verify that the bags are theirs? Don’t they scan them when we buy them.
There are a million awesome Starbucks to go to and I will for sure be skipping this Starbucks in the future!
After writing this review I called the corporate office. They inform me that their policy is to return coffee without a receipt. Lastly Stephanie, who said she was the manager actually was not!

Great customer service, friendly environment and nice place to relax. I love Christmas theme and they have also great gift ideas, new collection of mugs, lovely gift cards and holiday drinks.

This was a random, need a FIX moment, so it’s a bit tricky to park behind the building, but the SBUX is surprisingly ROOMY and spacious (yeah, okay, I was redundant there!- lol) but it is comfy (nice cozy hangout chairs and fairly quiet.
Too bad I was just passing through!

The staff is friendly here. The place can get pretty busy with students and other patrons getting their lattes. The staff here usually get my drinks right and I can’t complain about that. You cal always park underground and take the escalator or elevator for your coffee rush. I can’t say anymore because Starbucks is Starbucks.

I’ve driven by this location and decided to stop in today.
I now declare this from a design perspective — the best Starbucks location in the City of Los Angeles.
It’s a big location with high ceilings. The furniture is modern and comfortable. There’s a section with sofa seats. When I went in, there were many customers but it didn’t feel crowded in the least. It felt like someone’s home.
I was planning to get my beverage and food to go but decided to sit and eat. It’s a comfortable location with an urban feel. They did a really good job designing this location.
The outdoor patio even though facing Ventura Blvd. looks comfortable.
What’s great is there’s ample FREE parking in the garage below. One of the best parts about the valley is that parking is free everywhere — except medical buildings. Not having to get parking validated is a nice addition.
Compare this to a Starbucks in Encino that has a line to the door and people waiting at the beverage bar for their orders — feels rushed and uncomfortable. Plus it has little indoor or outdoor seating.
As for this Tarzana location, I feel like I could spend several hours there. But I won’t — I’m not a «laptop hobo.»
