I had reflexology many, many years ago and was not totally convinced at the time of its healing properties. When I met Sofia I decided to try a session with her. Wow, she is amazing! Imagine my surprise when after two minutes (yes, two minutes) of her analyzing my feet she was able to tell me about all the imbalances and issues that were happening in my body. She confirmed what I had already known.
My session with Sofia was quite relaxing and I was able to release any tension that I was carrying. While massaging my feet I could feel whatever blocked meridians I had open up and feel the energy flow. I especially loved the scalp massage!
Sofia is very personable and I felt very comfortable in her hands. She is extremely knowledgeable in reflexology and Ayurveda and has great insight into resolving many health concerns. She takes her time to explain to you what she is doing and is truly invested in your health.
Since my experience with Sofia I have felt less pain in my lower back and enhanced digestion.
I highly recommend Sofia and look forward to my next session with her. Definitely give her a try.

Sofia is worth a visit when you go to the Tarzana Whole Foods on Ventura Blvd. I wanted to try reflexology and had already heard great testimonials about her so I went yesterday afternoon and was really satisfied. Sofia gave me some great tips to stay healthy as well as point out some things I could do at home. Her massage of the scalp was truly relaxing and was a real treat. I feel really good this morning, very energized but yet relaxed. I also slept very well last night! I feel very good about recommending her to anyone, whether you need help from pain of some sort or you just want to treat yourself to some relaxation. It is worth it!

Even with a ten minute reflexology session, I had a huge release, and came back the next day for another treatment, this time for a longer session. Not only was I relaxed and completely invigorated, and pretty much pain-​free, I let go of some deeply seated holding and feel much much lighter today! I highly recommend this excellent massage therapist/​healer. She knows what she’s doing, has excellent insights and recommendations for a whole body experience!

I had my first reflexology session ever– by accident! (well OK– nothing is REALLY ever by «accident» now is it?) I really wanted a neck and shoulder massage and ended up having reflexology with Sofia– I was amazed at the things she determined about my health from touching my ears hands and feet! I was able to feel release as she was working. The following day I did experience a «healing crisis» as it is called– I was achy, and extremely tired all day-​after work I went home and slept for 12 hours!!! I discovered that it was only the toxins moving out of my body. 2 days later I felt terrific. I look forward to more healing sessions with Sofia!

I had my first reflexology session recently and wasn’t sure what to expect. I didn’t have and serious issues and Sofia discussed with me a little about my stress and digestion.
During the first session I defintely noticed where I was having issues dealing with digestion. Sofia worked effectively, carefully, and always made sure I was comfortable.
After the session I couldn’t believe how I felt. It was almost a loopy relaxed feeling! My patients were shocked for the rest of the day at how relaxed I looked compared to normal.
During my follow up we were able to check back and see how much improvement there was in just over a few days after the first session. There was much less tenderness and I felt much better.

The other week I was having next terrible neck pain, and Sofia was the cure. She gave me an incredible reflexology session, where she worked on my neck but also the points on my hands, feet, and ears that corresponded with the neck. I had been in terrible pain for 3 days and within 1 day my neck was back to normal. Moreover, Sofia truly cares about the wellbeing of her clients in ways that I have never experienced with other reflexologists or massage therapists. Specifically, Sofia sent me via email a number of stretches and exercises that I should due to prevent neck tension in the future. She also suggested some diet changes that have also helped with the pain and overall energy. Sofia is a true gem, and I am sure you will be very happy with your experience with her. I give Sofia my highest recommendation.
