Ok. I’m going to split round table into 3 reviews. Price, food, service Price :7/10 look, when you want good pizza, sometimes you got to pay a little more and round table isn’t the cheapest nor the most expensive, but always delivers . Food: 10⁄10 not once have I not been impressed with the pizza or breadsticks that have come out of there oven. Every time I order the Kings supreme w a side of garlic twists and ranch, I never go wrong. Even the next day when you eat leftovers, that slice is still delicious . Service:9/10 honestly, every time I come here, they not only greet me as they know me and the food is always ready before hey tell me . I really do love the food and pizza here. Definitely worth the shot if you haven’t already. Get the garlic twists, I can’t express that enough

I am always on the run and it’s very much appreciated that my order is always ready when I pick it up. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and of course the pizza is amazing every time…

Wow, the pizza is so good and the owner is very kind! I ended up working 11 hours on my birthday and I was so tired to even celebrate with my friends. I called to order a pizza right when they were closing. The delivery man already left. The owner ended up delivering the pizza to my house and gave me 50% off for my birthday. So cool! Thank you!

The pizza was sensational. Best I’ve had in some time. I don’t mind the price if it’s there’s this much goodness. 4 stars because I think they could improve on their deliveries.

I’ve always loved Round Table. I called a few days ago and asked if they were open Christmas and they said they would be open all day. So, imagine my surprise when I went there and the OPEN sign was off and the guy behind the counter said they were closed already. But, he said he would make the pizza anyway, so, that was very nice of him. I didn’t think the large pizza was worth $ 21.99 — each half had only two toppings — but I guess that’s what they charge. The place looked quite run down. I think they need a remodel in there. The pizza was fine though, no complaints, they’ve got a great formula that they’ve used forever and it works. Interestingly… and I do mean interestingly, some lady came in and was putting stuff in the salad bar(veggies and macaroni salads and stuff). There was fresh ice in it too. I asked her, «I thought you were closing?» but she said«no, we’re not.» I asked the guy behind the counter who was making the pizza«So you’re not closing after all?» He said, «we’re still closing but that salad bar stuff is for tomorrow.» YUCK! You stick stuff in a salad bar and let it sit out in the open air overnight until the next day?! I hope they at least covered the containers with saran wrap. The stuff on the salad bar should always be fresh, or kept in the fridge until ready to put out for the public to eat(learned in state employee food handlers manual when I was a teenager and working in food service!) Anyhow, I won’t be too hard on this place — I’ve never had a bad pizza from Round Table. But it seems this location is not very good, judging from the other reviews. I won’t be phone or online-ordering anything from there in the future, I will just go in directly.

Food was great but the wait time was over an hour and a half and we were told twenty minutes several times. Id definitely suggest trying them but don’t expect it fast.

Like others have said if I could give this place zero stars I would. Tonight is probably the third or fourth time that they have ruined our night when we have tried to order pizza from them. These are the two major incidents: The last time we tried to order a pizza for delivery, we waited over an hour and a half before finally calling to check on the status, and they said that they didn’t even make it. It seems like they had forgotten, but they wouldn’t even admit that and said they were busy and we’re going to start on it now. Needless to say I was furious and asked to have some sort of reparations made, hoping they would at least make this pizza for free or make the next one free. The only thing they would do, which was like getting teeth pulled to get that, was just give us a five dollar discount on the pizza. At that point I said I didn’t even want to pizza and that was it for that night. Tonight was another fiasco, and where the manager was extremely rude to me. It was an hour since when we ordered the pizza, so I was calling again to find out the status of the pizza. The owner basically yelled at me and said I told you guys it would be 55 to 65 minutes. So I said yes I know and it has been an hour since I called. He then said, I know what time the call came in, it came in at 5:15. And then I said yes I know and its 610 right now so that would mean it is been 55 minutes. He then proceeds to tell me that they haven’t even left yet and is still going to be another 20 minutes before they even leave. Add another 10 minutes or so to drive and deliver here, which means another 30 minutes. So doing the math, that would be an hour and a half, or 25 minutes past when he was told me the pizza would get here, all the while being so extremely rude about it. I wouldn’t have even minded that the pizza was going to be late, but the fact that he was so rude to me about asking when I was very polite is what really pissed me off. I will never order pizza from here again.

We went in for a quick pizza on a weeknight. The place was dead, dirty and so run down. I can’t even believe this place exists in Tarzana. The pizza was funky tasting. I’m traumatized and will never go back.

Don’t ever order from this Round Table! Owner/Manager is Rude to Customers and Staff! Daniel, who made our pizza is Awesome! But, Seriously… Do not Patronize this Pizza Place until Management is Changed. I’ve contacted Corporate.

Everyone knows when you go to Round table you’re gonna wait. That’s no lie. But it also stands true that they are still above the rest when it comes to fresh ingredients, flavor, and quality pizza. I’m a proud pizza snob so I feel right at home at Round table. The specialty pizzas are all delicious and I can make my own the way I like it and it’s like they know me. Man don’t ever change Round table! I don’t mind paying a little extra for quality. Nom Nom Nom…

The only reason I ever go to Round Table is for their Maui Zaui pizza that Polynesian sauce is amazing but this particular Round Table pizza doesn’t know how to make a Maui Zaui. After waiting 25 mins for a personal sized Maui Zaui I bite into to find they used red sauce instead of the Polynesian sauce… not hard to fix right? Just apologize and remake it… wrong I have to argue with the cashier who says ‘I should’ve told him I wanted Polynesian when I ordered it because he makes it with red sauce’. In the description for the Maui Zaui it says it’s on Polynesian sauce when I explain this to him he says«well that’s not how I make it» i can’t believe he had the nerve to argue with me about this. when I order a pizza I expect it to have what was in the description… Horrible customer service

Good pizza place but the prices are high. I got 1 large pizza for $ 30. I could’ve buy 5 pizza somewhere else with that price. Food is perfect tho. Try hot chicken wings there

This place hits the spot every time. Even when they’re busy the wait is usually not long and the pizza is always made fresh and delicious. The 80’s pizzeria/restaurant nostalgic feel adds a nice touch and the staff is always friendly.

So I placed an order with this round table through Eat24 this evening and less then 2 mins after the order was placed I got a call from then asking for my major cross streets, which I told them, they said ok then hung up. Then 45 mins later when my pizza was suppose to be here I got a call from Eat24 saying they would not be able to deliver to me as I was outside their zone. If they knew that when they called me why didn’t they just say something then??? Hungry and Annoyed

If I could give this no stars I would. So rude here! Last time we ordered a pizza they said it would take from 35 – 45 mins. It got here over 75 mins later. We called at least twice to complain. Our pizza got here and it was cold, and so were our wings. We called and spoke to the manager and he said«your next pizza is on us», we called tonight to order that«free pizza» and they Just wanted to give us $ 5 off. They made it so difficult and we literally had to argue with them that we were worried they would spit in our pizza! WORST service ever! And if SEAN is the manager, you need more training!

Avoid this location if you can. They don’t have their stuff together and reflect poorly on Round Table as a whole(which used to be my favorite pizza-chain until the below incident). We placed a delivery order on a Tuesday night, which one would assume would be a slower night. Placing the order in the first place was difficult as the associate for some reason couldn’t take down my address clearly. He had to end up passing the phone to the manager who completed our order and promised delivery in 35 minutes. I thought that to be too good to be true, but then again I remembered it was a Tuesday night. so why not? 35 minutes came, then 45, then sixty, then an hour and fifteen… and then I got a call on my cell that the driver was lost and couldn’t find my house. Never have had this problem before as my house is the corner home close to two large cross streets. Not only that, in this day and age, if a driver can’t locate an address with all the plethora of GPS /Navigation technology we have, you better be scared of yourself. I had to go outisde on a windy, cold night after 9PM and literally had to wait for this guy to drive by and see me. mind you, it’s now been an hour and a half since delivery. Finally the pizza came at the 1 hour 35 minute mark — the driver had to be assisted by neighbors who were out walking their dog. come on dude. use your iphone 6 plus or whatever you have and follow Siri’s instructions. how hard is it really? Needless to say, the pizza was not even warm but cold. The order of wings were even colder and of course, they shorted us on the number of sides of Ranch we ordered. I furiously called the manager back with my complaint. After sorting out our issues, he prmoised that our next order would be on the house. I took his word and ate our pizza and wings after reheating it over the stove. 5 Days later… We put the manager to the test, and were craving pizza on a Sunday night(don’t judge me, it’s pizza season) The same Manager i spoke to the week prior answered, he said his name was: Shawn. I reminded him right away of the deal and after looking up my phone number in the system, he said all we were entitled to was $ 5 off our order… okay buddy, it seems like you don’t deliver on your promises… it seems like his closed-ended offer was just a tactic to get me off the phone that night. After calling him a liar — he relented and said we could get the pizza if we drove the four miles to his store and picked it up because he didn’t have the capacity to deliver it in time(mind you, I called earlier this time around closer to 6:30PM). I understand that you don’t want to add to the eaten costs by having to have one of your drivers go out of their way to drop off the pie but the fact of the matter is, this was an offer extended to me due to their error with the purpose of putting me whole. We shouldn’t have had to go out of our way to pick anything up, it was their mistake and they should have delivered it fresh and ready to my door. Accordingly, I rejected his lie-turned-half-efforted-offer with the fear that no good could come out of this at this point. Attention to Roundtable as a company: Experiences like the above cast a negative perception on your organization as a whole. I’m concered with the practices and customer treatment your are putting in place at your locations/stores/franchises. Please keep me in mind that this effects my view of the company, not just the store, nor just the manager. I recommend you see to it that a re-vamp of your customer service and complaint resolution policies occurs immediately. I will copying this review onto your website as well for further visibility. To my fellow Unilocalers, that was my experience, I hope the same doesn’t recur for any of you should you choose to dine at Roundtable.

If you look at my reviews, i seldom leave a bad one, and even then only very specific things. Don’t eat here. There are too many choices close by. The food was expensive(2 large pizzas and 5 drinks was $ 60) and the food was bad. Pizza undercooked and they did not leave the onions off the pizza as I requested. I did hear the desk guy screaming at the cook most of the time I was in the restaurant though which may be why directions are ignored. This used to be a good chain with decent prices and good food. My how things have changed. Like I said above, there are just too many choices around to waste your time or money on this place.

I love round table let me start off by saying that. But this one makes me sad. Ordered online for pickup, chose«pay in store» option, got a call 5 mins after we left the house to pick it up that«their credit card machines are down». So we make a detour to an ATM to grab cash. Get there to pickup pizza, there is no one in the restaurant or parking lot, but one of the tables is covered in plates and half eaten pizza slices, they didn’t clean up after the last people left. Picked up our stuff from the not so personable employees and left. If you order anything smaller than a medium pizza it comes in a styrofoam box, not a pizza box. Pizza didn’t taste right, tasted off. We will be skipping this place from now on. If I get Round Table cravings again, I will bring it back from Newhall like I usually do. Yes, Newhall to the valley. I like Round Table that much.

My boyfriend and I placed an order over the phone for an XL pizza, ½ Hawaiian ½ Smokehouse combo. The guy on the phone had problems hearing me and I had to repeat myself twice. Oh well. He said it would be ready in about 20 minutes. The place itself is… kind of disgusting. It’s in a deserted parking lot, and the store itself is sooooo old and sooo worn out, almost dilapidated. One of those places that makes you wanna go home and take a bath in hand sanitizer. I was super glad we ordered takeout because I didn’t want to stay there any longer than I needed to. They had some seating, and then your typical pizza parlor arcade games. There were only two other people there besides us, so we were quickly helped. Pretty easy pick up procedure. Mediocre customer service. The cashier handed us some coupons which my boyfriend later noticed were completely expired… as of two months ago. gg, Round Table. Pizza itself was delicious. I had no problems with the food itself! Overall…this place is fine if you’re just ordering takeout/to-go. I would never want to eat at the location itself.
