I come here for their gluten free pizza. The street parking can fill up quickly and it can sometimes be a pain to find a parking spot. Their gluten free pizza is so good and the staff is friendly as well. I only wish they offered completely organic ingredients. It’s right across from Whole Foods Market though and since Whole Foods doesn’t offer gluten free pizza, this is my best option!

I don’t think This is a DI Amore pizza location. I always order from the Canoga Park location and have it delivered. I ordered from Tarzana and it was awful. No corn meal on the burnt bottom oily and disgusting… Unfortunately we were to hungry not to eat. I think they may have sold the franchise as there was a different name on the receipt and the heart logo was not on the box. The one star rating was for the delivery guy. Super polite and nice. We ordered 2pizza and a large salad and threw away everything but a slice each. Buyer beware this is not the Di’Amore pizza of yesterday

Great gluten free pizza, thank goodness I can have a pizza again. My husband really likes the «Regular crust Pizza». And it’s not oily or greasy. Thanks and keep up the great food.

I was meeting a client for a first meeting and needed to find a midway point between the two of us and this place came up on my radar. The hours posted on their website says they’re open from 10AM — 10PM. Our agreed upon meeting time was 11:30AM so everything seemed set. I called the business to ask if they had parking for customers and the man who answered the phone told me they didn’t open until noon. That wasn’t even my question! it was helpful that he offered this information because I quickly called my client to be sure she was aware of the change in time for our appointment. When I arrived, I found it wasn’t even a restaurant! There were mostly stools and a half a table at which to sit if one wanted to eat there but this place, not even called D’Amore’s Pizza, but Della’s Pizza, was obviously an expensive take-out place. When I called back to ask about the opening time, a lady answered the phone and I mentioned to her what the website said. She said they opened at 10AM for catering jobs. The website does not say that. The salads were good but the baked ziti was just mediocre. For the type of «restaurant» this was, I’ll never go back.

We used a grupon and it was very tasty. It is very clean and it has fast service. The employees are very nice, and they have gluten free pizza. Over all I will give them 5 stars any day

Pizza tastes like cardboard… I ordered a large ½ cheese ½ pepperoni/mushrooms and paid $ 26 which I could have gotten for $ 10 elsewhere(that little roman dude). The sauce was salty and I even asked for extra cheese which I doubt if they even out on because it was so thin. Just s waste

For years its been battle of the pizzas… importing water from the other side of the country??? or even the globe??? This is to get the salinity of the water into the crust or the type of oven that makes the crust the pinnacle of how New York pizza pie makes financial sense for what we eat and when we eat what we call pizza. To each his/her own. FoodJournalist says… Dimores Pizza 3.14 … yum.

If the goal is to load a frozen pizza from the grocery store with fresh ingredients then mission accomplished. If Angelenos think this is NY Style pizza, I feel really sorry for the whole lot.

It doesn’t matter which location you choose, D’Amore’s is the best pizza in all of California. Joe(the owner) is a self made man who has kept quality control extremely high. I usually frequent Christians location in Tarzana. My wife and I had it the other night and as usual, it was delicious. My only complaint is that they need to open a location in Long Beach since we do not spend much time in the valley these days. However, when we are in the Valley we usually stop in for a Jumbo Pepperoni.

Love both the thin crust pizzas as well as the salads here. Service was great, pizza is made to order so unless you just grab a slice to go plan about a 20 – 30 minute wait. Love the light dough, very crispy, excellent sauce and quality toppings, well worth the price. Salads are great as well, we had the family size pesto pizza as well as a salad and it was plenty of food for the three of us and a much better value then the single sized pizzas, plus leftover pizza is always good. One of my favorite pizzas in the area!

The delivery was 25 minutes late because they couldn’t find my location. Even though the pizza was lukewarm, I still liked it(would have been much better hot). The crunchy crust allowed you to pick up a slice without it falling all over the place. There was tons of grease on top. I called D’Amore’s to talk to a manager, but one wasn’t there(and wasn’t going to be for another 2 days). Note: The menu on Unilocal is wrong… the don’t have a 16″ Family sized pizza. The next step up from a large is a jumbo, which is 20″. Reheat: Put in toaster, not microwave(not crunchy at all and raggedy)

I ordered pizza Friday night since I love the lower carb count at the D’amore chain. I don’t know what’s up with this location. The pizza was good but there were too many road bumps on the path to deliciousness. I asked for delivery and they said they didn’t have a driver that night. No biggie, I had have a friend pick it up. I was trying to order a medium and he said large was the smallest I could order that night which was super weird since medium is on their menu. The man on the phone said it would be ready to pick up in 20. Fast forward to 45 minutes later when my friend finally gets there after being stuck in traffic and it isn’t ready. The other stuff I could deal with but I’m not trying to wait any extra time for my pizza because there’s like a 50 – 50 chance my health conscious guilt will come out and change my mind to eat a salad and where’s the fun in that.

I had a terrible experience here. I called tonight to get a pizza delivered. First, they informed me that ONLY size pizza I could order was XXL(20 inches). My daughter was desperate, so I proceeded. The delivery arrived an hour later. The entire center of the pizza was stuck to the box. I managed to get a few pieces out. It was barely cooked– the«crust» was doughy and wet. I tried to salvage it by putting it in the oven. When I finally served my daughter the pizza she so badly wanted, she couldn’t eat it. She claimed it tasted awful, and no amount of re-baking could restore the crust. Thinking she was just being contrary, I tried it myself. No, she wasn’t wrong; it truly was inedible. Here’s the worst part– the pizza cost me over $ 28(more with tip). I was forced to buy three times more pizza than I wanted or needed, so putting all that pizza down my garbage disposal was really painful. I’m over $ 28 poorer and we still haven’t had dinner. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I have been ordering for delivery in Tuesday and Thursday for the 10″ unlimited topping option. Great deal but the taste is what sets it over the top. Good dough, ingredients and the sauce make this place the best around us.

Was looking for a spot to order pizza from when I was with a friend. I wish I would have never spent my money on this. They took so much longer than they said they would to deliver the pizza. It was so oily and stale looking. I took a bite and it tasted sour and rotten. We had to throw away both pizzas to the trash because everyone hated it and was disgusted by it. Will definitely never recommend this place to ANYONE it was horrible. Would give it 0 stars if I could!!!

BESTGLUTENFREEPIZZA! that’s all you need to know. i ate a whole medium pizza because it was sooo good!!! i don’t know how to make my point w/o having to wring a long post that i tend to not appreciate as much. so, all I can say is, please go there! please try it! i would be SHOCKED if you were disappointed. it was crisp and thin and not burnt with a delicious texture and flavor. i got the Cauttro Colori. TONSOFPROSCIUTTO! tons of basil, no skimping! it was seriously BOMBBOMBBOMB! i feel very lucky to have found this place. if you are GF and have not choice, you know how horrible it is to not eat good pizza anymore! TRYTHISPLACE! $ 19 for a medium. and i couldn’t even get to my house. i had expected to do take out, but ended up just eating it out of the box at a table in the outside courtyard area. didn’t have a napkin or anything. eating like a complete savage. lmao! it was soooo good you have to try it!
