Jax Cleaners

My review is long overdue, but the above-​and-​beyond service I received yesterday reminded me why I NEED to write a review. I was in dire straits due to a malfunction of the washing machine at the salon I manage. I had an abundance of towels, smocks, and capes that needed to be washed and dried that day. Without blinking an eye, Roger said «No problem — just leave everything and I’ll handle it for you.» He indeed handled everything as promised.
Each and every experience I’ve had at Jax Cleaners has been absolutely fantastic. From day one, Roger and Aida remembered me by name and always greet me with a smile and friendly aire. Their professionalism and perfectionism are first rate as is the quality of services. They are simply the best.
I continue to gladly bring them all of my laundry, dry cleaning, and alteration business because it doesn’t get any better than Jax Cleaners! Try them… you won’t be disappointed.

This place is great! I took my pink fluffies to them because I went to a rave in the rain and they got trashed at the bottom. The bottoms were full of dirt and mud and the fur was grinded in. I thought I was going to have to get them altered and get an inch cut off the bottom. Instead, I brought them into JAX to see if I could just get them cleaned. I brought them in on Tuesday and I told them I needed them on Friday morning because I thought I needed to get the fluffies to my sister on Friday morning before she left for Electric Daisy Carnival LV. Turns out she was leaving on Thursday night… oops. My sister went in Thursday afternoon to see if she could get them and just clean them herself but they were already finished. Not only was she able to get them early but they looked almost brand new! No one would be able to tell how bad they were before. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. The staff seem to take pride in their work, not to mention they are very friendly. I will come to Jax from now on.

Very friendly and accommodating. I have being going there for a while now and I am very happy with them. Great service and very professional. I used the for dry clean and for tailoring and they delivered well every time.

Always a pleasure and they remember me. I go in probably every other month then leave my stuff there for at least a few weeks. They are always wonderful and remember my name and things. They do a great job and have on occasion just had me cover my tab the next time I come in. I’m a customer for as long as I live in the valley.

Tremendously run small business. I needed my pants quickly and when the owner found out my wife was by herself with our children and was going to pick the pants up he stopped her from coming and dropped the pants off at our house himself. Old fashioned A+ service.

I have been going to Jax Cleaners for a few years now and I would not go anywhere else. They truly understand what good customer service means and what it takes to provide it consistently. They are prompt, courteous, honest, and go above and beyond every visit to exceed my expectations. They have never missed a deadline and that is why we trusted them with my wife’s bridal gown alterations and my suit alteration. Once again they delivered. Go there!!!

Jax Cleaners is honestly THE BEST dry cleaners in Tarzana. No, correction, THE BEST DRY CLEANERS in the San Fernando Valley. Roger and Aida are the owners and give the best customer service. I have worked in the customer service industry for 8 years and I was amazed at their professionalism and courtesy. Their quality of work is exceptional and you won’t find any better around here. No wonder so many places closed down and Jax Cleaners has stayed in business. Please check out their excellent service and experience first hand their quality work.

I really like this place. If parking was not such a hassle, I would give them 5 stars. They actually deliver my dry cleaning to my house every week, which I love. But, when I need a last minute cleaning or an alteration (which they are reasonable in, BTW), I hate the parking situation. They are friendly and efficient.

Excellent place to go if you need alterations! I had a bridesmaids dress that I brought in which needed some major alterations. They are extremely professional when pinning clothing, and very talented at getting just the right fit! The dress ended up fitting perfectly and doesn’t show any signs of the work that had to be done! The dress was ready within a week and prices are fair! I would take anything that needed altering to Jax!

Have to say I have tried a lot of cleaners in the Tarzana area but they are so much better than all the rest. They will sow anything and will try to get it that day if needed. I bought a suit off the rack and instead of waiting two weeks to get back at the store I brought it in on Monday morning and got it back and pressed by Thursday afternoon. They also have free pick-​up and delivery services as well as corporate billing and is automatically billed to an account or credit card. Way to go. And CiCi’s resturant is right next door a great breakfast and lunch place.
