Have been trying for over a month to get someone to come to repair a refrigerator, under warranty. This company first asked for a 4-hour window to come to «do paperwork». Then they finally got the parts and made very heavy weather of scheduling the repair. We spoke to the repair person twice the morning of the appointment, then twice during the scheduled 2-hour window of time for the appointment. At no time in any of these calls did the repair person say they didn’t think they could make the appointment. They said, yes, they would be there. Finally, at the end of the 2-hour window, the person said they couldn’t get here near 5PM. It would be near 8PM. They wanted us to wait from 3 – 8PM to have a very simple repair done. This is the appliance repair service from a bad movie. I will pay privately rather than have alleged warranty service from this company. I can’t take days off work to accommodate their incompetence in scheduling. I agree entirely with the other reviewer. I have all of this documented in writing in case the company wants to inquire about this review.
