I have been coming to Ski Valley for years and this is the worst I have seen the Phoenix Grill. Under staffed, one cashier at the peak time, lunch. Long lines with three check out stations unmanned. Quality of food poor with minimum selection. Not properly stocked for peak season. Out of almost everything. No fire in the fire place. This is a ski lodge folks, hello. Water jugs always empty. It is a real shame it was always top notch in the past. The rest of ski valley is getting a face lift, maybe the management has forgotten one of the old draws that had always been dependable in the past.
