Fan damn-​tastic crêpe shop perfectly located on the slope. Had one everyday I skied and loved it. Hot coffee and cider. Sometimes has a wait at peak hours.

Perfect pit stop on the middle of the mountain. Wide variety of sweet and savory crepes that are reasonably priced. Indoor and outdoor seating and restrooms available. Very unique lunch option that, when paired with the delicious hot cider, truly hits the spot!!!

Amazing! Best and easiest spot for lunch on a ski day. I love getting the Nutella crêpe and always ask them to add a little lemon juice. The savory crepes are excellent as well, I think this is especially due to the balsamic glaze!!! I think it’s fun to share and try them all!

I got a bit hungry on the slopes. I was pretty psyched to see the crêpe cart! I got a lemon sugar crêpe– fantastique! The friendly service and the food motivated me on the way back down the slope. I will be going again… next time I will have a ham and cheese.

I had these crepes cause the name of the business was my own Molly’s. They were fantastic up on the Ski Hill in Taos Ski Valley and as I talked with the folks working there I found out they are mobile in the summer time going to music shows around NM and CO. I can not say enough about their Chicken, Pesto, tomato! I will look for them this summer and definatley go back when I ski next winter!
