Went to go sit at the bar to have drinks and appetizers… The bar was filthy! The best part was when we ordered our food, they first came out to tell us they were out of that… Then we decided on another appetizer which the chef then came out and personally said to not get that item on the menu! He then took a shot of bourbon and went back into the kitchen, I seriously can’t make this up, was hilarious how awful it really was!

Friday nights are pasta nights. For those with food allergies, or who dont eat pasta, this means only ordering from the lunch menu.(So for someone with celiac, there is nothing but lettuce). After complaining to the Restaurant Manager, the chef made me a steak with green beans(frozen). The steak had no seasoning and no flavor, but at least was cooked to the right temperature. No sauces, no mushrooms, no rice, no nothing. Just steak. And green beans on the side. I would give this place one star, but the waitress was super nice so she earned that second star. Management needs to get on 2015 with the menu.

Come loaded and don’t look down at the dirty carpet. The Château Resort will take your breathe away from the moment you enter the dark hallway into your disgusting smelling room. It’s dining services are even more impressive with it’s over priced poor selection of a dinner menu, to it’s lack of «mountain view» despite its name Mountainview restaurant. You definitely get what you pay for here. A cheap experience with the best part, checking out of the resort. And don’t ask for a list of activities, the brochure my wife and I received when we came in Sept 2014, was dated for the year prior. The pages were even torn and dated. Treat yourself to some place nice, by keeping away from here. My wife is now too scared to try the expensive spa services.

Great place to eat… good food… nice clean atmosphere… have a good bar too… manager and chef were nice enough to allow our party of 9 to come in and eat even though they were technically closed… many thanks to them. we didnt realize most places here closed that early, so we were very grateful… waitstaff was nice and very cordial. chef even came out at the end to make sure everything was o. k…top notch place.

One of the worst dining experience I ever encountered. Good thing breakfast was complimentary in the hotel package I booked. Before a long day of skiing, we went down to breakfast around 8am. There were 2 tables of people, plus us, and two waitresses on the floor. The menu options are simple– eggs, french toast, waffles, bagels, etc. Our tea and coffee came. Before my BF took a sip, he noticed a large, distinct, purple, moulin rouge-looking lipstick stain on his mug. He is a server and understands how they probably slipped, but I was disgusted. They didn’t even try to wipe it. After 35 minutes, our food came. My order: two eggs, «roasted potatoes», ham and toast. Eggs were the size of a quarter, my roasted potatoes were frozen, low-quality hash browns, each the size of my fingernail. The toast even had burnt holes in the middle of the bread. Good thing I had ham to fill up on(picture McDonalds’ Egg McMuffin ham). My BF’s french toast w/berries was good. At least his decent meal made up for the lipstick stain on his mug. If you’re staying at the hotel then go out and explore other options if you want a satisfying meal. If you want convenience, then get a gift certificate at least. Dinner menu ranges $ 20 per entrée. A couple positive aspects are that the view is gorgeous. Also, there was a happy hour special between 5:00 — 7:00, $ 2 drafts. The choices were Yuengling, Budweiser and Coors. I kind of felt bad for the servers. There were about 5 of them working on a Friday night, but it was dead. They were just sitting around acting miserable. We peaked our heads in the restaurant a little later around 8:30ish and it was still slow.
