HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Beds are WAY TOO HOT AND UNCOMFORTABLE. You literally feel like you are dying and I am an experienced tanner. The fans don’t help but only to blow hot air on you. Tried to cancel after just one visit and customer service was a joke. They kept saying all sales are final. So I just paid $ 60 for one tan because their stupid contract got me in for two months. HATE THIS PLACE!!!

I don’t know where to begin with this tanning salon. It’s hands down the worst I’ve ever been to and you definitely get what you pay for here. They boost themselves on unlimited $ 9.99 per month tanning and there’s a catch!
1. You won’t get color — I came here every day for one week and didn’t leave any darker. Not sure if they aren’t changing the bulbs or what the deal is.
2. I don’t think they beds are air conditioned or there is no air conditioning in the back of the salon where the beds are. The reception area is nice and cool and if you pay close attention to the thermostat, you will see they have it set to 75 degrees but it is well in the mid 80s temperature wise in there. I have been to over 40 different salons in my life time and all the beds I’ve ever been in have been air conditioned or the salon was cool enough that I didn’t leave sticky and sweaty.
3. You will get text message up the ying yang. When I first signed up there’s a section on the contract that says you give them permission to text you. I told the receptionist I didn’t agree to these terms and what can be done about it. She told me no problem, she’d take care of it. Of course I’ve been getting text messages. Now that I have canceled my contract we’ll see if I still get them. And just a heads up even in the cancelation agreement it states you agree to still receive text messages from them. I explained again to the receptionist I don’t agree to those terms. She told me she deleted my phone number out of their computer system and I should no longer receive them. Not sure I trust them.
4. The booths are so tiny you can’t move around inside them at all. I’ve never seen beds this tiny.
5. There are no holsters to hold your hands up and these are stand up beds.
Bottom line. .. run in the other direction. Not even worth the $ 9.99 trial if you are trying to save money. You won’t get any color and you will sweat your buns off like you will not believe.
