I have been eating here since they first opened. The quality and service have been going down hill for several years. First, the cinnamon sugar bagels my wife likes to get have been getting less and less sugar and cinnamon. The last time you could barely see any. Today, they were completely out. They always leave something out of the order. Today was no exception. They left out one of the bagels we ordered. I am glad I always check. Apparently, they are merging with Caribou coffee and will be eliminating many of the things we like. I hope things improve soon. I don’t think this location is managed very well.

Tampa has a shortage of cafes to go to which is a problem for people like me who like doing work outside of the house. Almost every Starbucks in town has too few seats and way too many people(who usually aren’t even customers). Einstein Bros. is a step above Starbucks and offers unlimited coffee for the price of one cup. No reward gimmick required — making Einstein’s perfect for when you need to get things done and need a good dosage of caffeine to flow through your body. Plus I love their bagels… so much. Hold on… time to go get another cup. :)

Oh the fuckery. Went in on 8⁄16 before 11am. No sign for where to stand to order. The freshman college dude at the prep end said the line begins at the register which makes no sense but whatever. Then we stand by the register and learn others are confused as they enter the store also. By this time many people are talking with us about the confusion they are also experiencing. Then we learn other people who are also entering the store are told to stand where we were standing earlier. By this time I really let the manager know what a clustetfuck this was loudly and so everyone knows this is being addressed. She placed the blame on corporate who told her to take the sign down. No apology. Nothing. Are you fucking serious! First, own the mistake. Two, fuck you corporate. Three, that asshat at the prep end wants to play games? How about I come back and fucking pop him in the mouth? Me and five others left. I’m done. P. s. Fuck you.

Best prices, huge muffins, great strawberry lemonade. Good for a quick stop or early morning start

This is one of the best places to grab a quick breakfast or have a local coffee! It is near the USF campus and tons of locals frequent this location … But it’s worth the drive if you live in or around the New Tampa or Wesley Chapel area. It is sometimes dirty … But I believe it’s because this location stays so busy! Enjoy ~Jaye

I am a regular at this bagel establishment location, I ordered the Santa Fe wrap, it was too spicy for my taste, they replace my order with sesame toasted cream cheese bagel, never fail! I recommend to stick to ordering bagels, after all, that’s what they are known for.

I have visited this Einstein twice but I am not likely to visit again. For all the complaints that we make about chains, a good chain should offer consistency and the ability to anticipate an acceptable quick meal. This particular location fails in my opinion. Twice now, I have gotten old, burned, bitter coffee and a heavy, greasy breakfast sandwich(no meat so we cannot blame the meat for the grease!). On my next visit, I will be trying the Perkins across the street!

There’s a certain nostalgia that goes with Einstein for me since we used to have one on my first college campus. I was more than happy that their lunch menu now includes a «Vegetarian Southwest Veggie with Quinoa» which also just happens to be vegan(though not gluten free, so be careful my gluten-intolerant friends). I thrilled that I was not«forced» to have a doughy, starchy, carby bagel with no topping(no shmear or butter for me, please!) as I normally do at bagel shops. Soup was great, coffee was great and as anti-corp take over as I am, I really do continue to love this one.

This is my favorite breakfast spot by the University. Often over the summer I dropped by in the morning for a Box O’ Joe and bakers dozen for my coworkers. I never called it in because I never needed to; it didn’t take them more than 5 – 7 minutes to get the whole thing ready and have me out the door to work. Extremely courteous; they would even let me bring in my own refillable cup and give me the refill price. High quality service, good bagels, quick, you can’t ask for more around here!

Besides their Asiago bagel and cream cheese, I’ve struggled to find a menu item that I’m gaga over. Everything is just ‘good’ or, sometimes, ‘ok’. However, their coffee is delicious! Buy an Einstein mug for under $ 3.00 and bring it with you every time to refill with any coffee for $ 1.00!

Einsteins Bagels is fantastic for breakfast or lunch. Offering a wide verity of sandwiches, bagels, tasty treats and beverages. Though a bid more in price compared to something in similar markets, it’s not shy in quality and service.

This might not be your average restaurant review — this is about a catering order for breakfast from Einstein Bros. If you ever need a nice and professional breakfast spread done, they are great for the money and quality. I ordered two large Bagels/Sweets Nosh Boxes, Coffee, Fruit Salad, and a few other baked goodies, and it was not only delivered on time, but they apologized when they were 5 minutes early with the delivery. The bagels and sweets were impeccably fresh and delicious, and cream cheese and half-and-half were kept on ice for freshness as well. All cutlery was provided, as were plates and cute baby fruit bowl/cups. Cleanup was a snap, and most of everything was able to be recycled due to reusable materials(cardboard /recycled plastic). It was so nice that executive management attending commented that they were used to much less quality from local caterers(as well as in-house cafeteria), and were pleasantly surprised at the variety and freshness. Kudos to Einstein Bros on Fowler in Temple Terrace!
