Wendy’s

Granted it is only Wendy’s but this one is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I ordered a number one with a Coke and yes I understand this is a very complicated order but they made me sit there for five minutes because the fries work done there was absolutely nobody in the entire store and they completely forgot I was sitting there
Oh I forgot to add that this was drive-​through with nobody in front of me and nobody behind me I would stay far away God only knows what they’re doing or how they’re making the food

They took my order at the driver thru then asked me what my order was when I got to the window. I repeated it back to them. They asked me it again twice.

Terrible terrible service. Very slow and untrained staff. No comprehension of processes or taking and completing orders. 3 staff just walking around in the dinning room drink lunch time. Will never come to this location again.

While I don’t write many fast food reviews because so many of these places are pretty generic, I wanted to share my experience here because the place gets a bad reputation because of its location.
Stopping in this Wendy’s late afternoon on a weekday to grab a combo meal to take home, I was pleasantly surprised by everything.
The store inside was very clean and quiet and a manager named Mark quickly took my order went out of his way to make sure my sandwich was prepared exactly as I wanted it.
My food was served hot, fresh and very fast and tasted better than I expected.
I will not hesitate to stop in here again on a weekday afternoon for a late lunch on the way home.
Just wish all Wendy’s would consistently offer Pretzel rolls for sandwiches and not make them only available for «limited time» items.

Been there twice. Food was excellent for a fast food chain, but wait time the second visit was kind of lond. Otherwise pretty much in shape branch of Wendys.

Pulled in here at 12:30 am after the Super Bowl and NO ONE was inside.
No one answered the drive thru.
Drove up to the window and the lights were on but no one at the window or inside.

This is a franchised restaurant with jacked up prices. The food was greasy and made me feel I’ll. it’s a rip off
