The corporate office, the owner, or someone needs to swoop down on this Wendy’s and fix it. SLOW is a complement to them. There is no reason for a business to operate this way. Food is almost never wrong, yet why do you have to work so slowly in order to make the food correctly. These peoples’ jobs also require a steady and significant pace that also adjusts to sense of urgency.

Service was great in the drive thru! The lady working drive thru was very sweet. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The only negative was dry chicken, but hey, what’s to be expected?

We ordered three things. The lady at the drive thru asked us to repeat what we said about five times. Then the order was wrong. My wrap wasn’t wrapped and smelled«funny». It didn’t really seem worth it to go back.

This Wendys is not the same anymore all of the food here taste super processed or just artificial, and i know its a fast food place where we all knowingly consume these meals but at least there was a point of time where they Tried to make the food look appealing.

Like the previous reviewer said; the drive-thru situation at this location is terrible. Avoid coming during peak lunch hours if possible. That being said, the service is always excellent and my food is never wrong. Also, it’s always hot and fresh. The staff always wear a smile and are never rude or nasty like other fast food workers. Wendy’s is good for a cheap, quick lunch so I have few illusions.

This is the most incompetent Wendy’s on the planet. There’s a line when there are only a few people(less than 5 cars) in the drive through. I never understood why the line moves so very slowly here. If I could give it zero stars I would. In spite of the irrationally slow service, the order is never wrong.
