I wish I can give them a 0 star terrible service no one in the Drive-​Thru took us 7 minutes to get our food and it was wrong simple order two coffees has brown and oatmeal coffee was cold and no condiments were placed in the bag

This is the closest McDonald’s to my home & by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. The employees that I’ve felt with are extremely rude. I’ve literally had bags tossed at me, attitudes, and not even a hi how are you, or thank you. The most recent was when I had to pul up to wait for the food to finish in a parking spot, which I had no issues with. It took over 10 minutes for the food to come out and when she brought it she didn’t say one word. I said Thank you even and got nothing but attitude. I work customer service as well and would never portray myself to be such a rude individual. I’m sure not all their employees are as rude as the ones I’ve dealt with. There’s a lot of people out there in need of a job & will take pride in whichever job they have, those are the people who deserve that position. Not the ones who act like you’re a disturbance when you’re their customer. Needless to say they’ve lost my service. On top of it all the cleanliness of the restaurant is not even to speak about. No thanks. What a disappointment.

We recently stopped in here and was warmly welcomed by a hostess, a young lady named Michelle, who came by our table. We never had this positive experience at any other McDonalds.

The slowest one I have been to. Coffee was extremely bitter. Will not go back to this location.

WORST MCDONALD’S EVER!!! It took 10 mins to get my sweet tea! 10 MINUTES! This isn’t my first awful experience at this location! The drive thru is always at least 8 – 10 cars deep with 2 separate drive ways! TWO! Twice I have waited in this line and the person in front of me hasn’t had enough money and holds up the line! When u finally get passed the pay window, the pickup window almost never has anything ready or correct! Then they tell u to pull fwd and wait in a parking spot! WAIT!!! I don’t have time to wait 15mins for one damn cheeseburger!!! It’s ridiculous! My work is close by and that is the ONLY reason I come here, but NOT ANYMORE! I don’t have a problem at any other McDonalds! Get your sh*t together!!!
