Thank you for great customer service. I was stuck on the phone with an Indian rep(verizon 800 number) for 40 mins with NO resolution. I called this local store and had my answer in minutes. I was about to cancel my service. This store saved my account. Verizon needs to hire more intellectuals like this branch has decided to do. Also, they need to stop outsourcing their employment overseas. These are jobs Americans should have. These reps in India may understand some«English words», but do not understand the language. As a customer, I am paying $ 200 a month for«luxury» entertainment. I would like to have a pleasant experience every time I call and not resort to hanging up in frustration because there is a huge language barrier.

I haven’t been here in years, my how the landscape has changed. It is tucked off the road and quite difficult to find, unless you remember PDC& Stall Rd. I had called ahead to pick up a new TV box. I was pleasantly greeted, my order was checked on the computer and after some chit chat and the necessary signature, I was back on the road. Very pleasant, efficient service, just the was I like it. What a girl to do? Business doesn’t have to take all day.

3 Stars for the store service, 5 Stars for Verizon FIOS Whenever I go here it always seems like the have to spend 20 minutes on the computer before they can actually assist you. The«check-in» screen that you have to fill out when you walk in asks you what your phone number is, seems like they should have that at the kiosk when they help you. But overall not a bad experience, above the DMV level…
