I had the worst experience with The Massage Center located inside The Wellness Center. I purchased a couples massage on groupon and scheduled my appointment a week prior to the appointment date. Our appointment was for 7 PM and the receptionist asked us to arrive 15 minutes early. We ended up arriving 30 minutes early (6:30PM) and upon entering the facility the associate informed us that they were closed. I informed her that we had an appointment at 7 PM and she told me that everyone went home and they were closed. I called the same number I used to schedule the appointment and heard the phone ring in The Wellness Center while such associate proceeded to ignore the phone and left the facility. I left a message regarding the situation and have called the facility back without any response. This is a horrible way to treat potential customers. I hope this does not demonstrate how the licenses chiropractors that own this facility treat their patients.

I came for a couples massage on Valentine’s Day weekend with my boyfriend. Honestly I was not expecting a great massage given the sales/​gimmicky weekend Valentine’s Day can be.
I was more than pleasantly surprised! This was no relaxation massage! I love a good deep tissue and explained that this is what I wanted during my initial conversation. She was great! Provided the right amount of pressure and did not seem to tire. They also gave us a full 50 minutes which has been a rare find. Most places have cut «hour» massages to 40 – 45 minutes. I highly recommend checking this place out!
