I found this studio after purchasing a Groupon, and was excited to get more photographs taken of my son. What a disappointment it ended up being! He’s 6 months old, and I understand that babies aren’t always the easiest.subjects. But I’m also a mom that buys the«crying baby» pictures, and I like realistic baby pics. This photographer was irritating though. She kept rubbing this nasty looking duster in his face even though he was turning his head away. The little blankets they use to sit the babies on was actually dirty and stained. I’m wondering if they ever get washed… especially during cold and flu season! Sometimes babies want a little bit of space, but she was so rushed that it seemed she didn’t even have time to try and get a good picture. I had to either wait an hour or reschedule and come back to view the pictures. When I came back, there wasn’t a single picture that I loved. I ended up settling on one. What gets me was the guys reaction. They had to know these weren’t great pictures… but when I expressed that I didn’t really like any of them he was just like, «oh well.» And I am not the type to complain. I even apologized to them for not liking any of the pictures!(Isn’t that backwards?) Then he tried to blame the lousy pictures on my son’s teething. Well I had him photographed at another studio a couple weeks ago and they managed to get over 20AMAZING shots even though he’s teething. What would have made me happy was to have someone admit they didn’t get good shots and offer to have me bring him back in for a re-shoot. But obviously that’s asking to much for this get them in, get them out kind of a studio. P. S. The only picture I actually liked was one they zoomed in and made black & white. He was making a funny face, but his eyes looked big and beautiful and that was appealing to me in the black and white. They wanted $ 30 for one 8×10. No thanks. Over-priced and under-qualified.
