Beware their ridiculous and needlessly strict return and exchange policy! I bought my son a shirt in early December for a Christmas gift. It didn’t fit. He went to exchange it and despite the fact that there was the exact same one sitting right there on the rack in front of him, they wouldn’t let him exchange without a receipt. Okay, I dug up the receipt. Back he went. «Sorry, we can only do a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.» This was the week after Christmas. So now he’s stuck with a too small shirt. Thanks Cotton On. This was my first time shopping there and I won’t be going back.
