I don’t have anything to complain about. Sign up was quick and easy. ²⁴⁄₇ access is great, which some storage facilities do not offer. It has always been clean.
We reduce the size of our storage unit, and switching units was made easy. They offer military discount, which we appreciate. Inside the building is climate controlled, and we always feel like our stuff is safe and secure.

Worse customer service ever!!! Went in for a storage unit at 11am realize I didn’t need it at 3pm and was hassled for trying to return jets and get refund by what I call the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE AGENT EVER!!! This person was extremely rude harsh and nonprofessional. I was told «we don’t have the system to refund your money and we don’t have cash on hand» she also reported that «I can’t get a hold of the manager either so…» In other words she told me I was out of luck and my money for a storage I never used and only purchase for 3−4hrs. So I asked you can’t just call her… I mean there is nothing you can do? I just walk away spending money on something I never used? Before I turned to walk away she suddenly got a message from the manger reporting I could get my money back. All I can say is the front desk lady is extremely incompetent and rude!!!

So far so good. Sign up was quick and easy, and the storage buildings look good, with climate control. There is 24 hour access which is simple to get in and out with ease.
The service was good, I felt very welcome while I was there. There is a good selection of storage unit sizes to fit a variety of needs. The price is fair, and they do offer a military discount. As I continue to use my unit, I will keep this review updated fittingly.
