This gym is alright. The only reason I have a membership here is because the price and it is really close to home. A lot of the equipment for cardio is not in great shape, and if you go during their busy hours you will probably have to wait on everything you want to do

The time it takes for a repair to be fixed shows a lot about a business as well as the ownership. From the water fountain to the men’s sink, this planet fitness remains unfixed. The staff can be replaced by a kiosk by next week.

I travel a lot so as a PF member I get to see a lot of various gyms. This one is pretty good. It was clean, well kept and equipment was working. People working out in here were friendly.
One thing I have noticed is that when there are individual tv s on equipment, the ones closest to yours changes channels when anyone changes the channel. I prefer it when tv s are up high and set on fixed channels and we tune in with your headphones. Makes life easier!
Other than that, it is a beautiful facility.
Younger staff at front didn’t meet and greet like I’m used to but hey– didn’t affect my workout so I am good! Still recommend this one too!

My first time joining a gym. There’s a large variety of equipment, staff is friendly and helpful. I don’t feel too awkward being an overweight, middle aged, novice trying to shed pounds and get in shape. It’s clean and bright. Very easy to get from the interstate.

Not all its cracked up to be. broken machines sneaky, they have my email but no heads up its annual fee time. They made their fee but lost client.

First impressions: @ 6pm on a Wednesday, pretty crowded, as expected, nice facility with newer, clean machines, modern finishes, nice locker room (men’s, anyway), FREEWEIGHTS! which are not always found at different Planet Fitness locations, friendly and helpful staff

Employees will approach you about a bag that you have with you that is completely out of everybody’s way and will not cause anyone to trip, but the guy next to you with the iPad who decided to share his documentary with the whole class?
Yeah, the one with the speakers blaring the audio instead of using headphones.
Nah, that’ll be overlooked and ignored by employees. Deafening audio that can be heard over your own headphones playing audio from your device. Perfectly fine.
We’re safe from fair play around here, you guys! :)
I typically wouldn’t complain about the bag issue, but don’t bother a patron over one issue and completely ignore another issue.

Half the cardio machines don’t work. The tvs in the machines never work. They don’t enforce any of the rules they pride themselves on.

Really disappointing. I was looking forward to having a cheaper gym closer to my apartment and while the equipment is new it is seriously lacking in variety. I know that Planet Fitness doesn’t «cater» to bodybuilders, but the only free weights they have at all are dumbells, not even a bench press. Upon touring the gym I noticed this and asked if they would at least be getting a bench and the employee taking me around (who was a manager) told me «No, that’s the kind of thing we’re against here.» The equipment they do have is new and the facility itself is nice, but if you’re looking to lift any weights at all don’t bother.
