Palm Casual

We are a remodeling firm that does both interior remodeling and outdoor kitchens & outdoor living. I was looking for a company to refer our clients to and was referred to this company by a friend who has purchased several pieces over the years from Palm Casual. They are extremely helpful and have a huge selection in their showroom.
Recently, I met the owner of Palm Casual and asked if I could use some of his barstools to stage a outdoor kitchen project that we are having professionally photographed. After discussing it, he bent over backwards to make this possible for us. If you want to do business with great, hands on owners and have them back up what they sell, then this is the company for you!

We were in need of an outdoor sectional piece or a love seat/​chair combo. I started at Palm Casual because it’s super convenient, and once I walked in and felt welcomed as if they were family I knew I had come to the right place.
Marty took excellent care of me showing me many options in styles, and I honed in on the contemporary look of the Sonoma Collection. Then when I saw the many selections (I mean MANY!) of Sunbrella fabric (which is the ONLY way to go for outdoor cushions/​pillows) I felt very comfortable with shopping /​ordering here at Palm Casual.
Their 5 year warranty rocks, the fact that they will re-​stuff the cushions for a minimal charge over the life of the furniture is terrific, and I love that all of the items on their showroom floor are Made in the USA. That meant I decided on Saturday what pieces I wanted, and Shane and Marty delivered all of it the following FRIDAY! Yes! No more than 6 days later we had our stunning Sonoma Sectional on our lanai to enjoy sunset with!

Owners Steve and Lori have really built a business that cares!

A great variety of high quality patio furniture. Their stuff is quite popular in my condo complex.
