Let’s face it, we’ve all been to probably more pizza joints than any other spot. We all know how we take our pizza: fold it up New York style or deep dish Chicago style or just in between and eat t with a fork and knife. Met up with m fiancé here to grab dinner since he was always talking about it. The guy that worked behind the coutner at the register was also making pizzas. Funny guy and had a few icebreakers when he greeted us. Saw my Transformers gloves and Transformer tats and told me, «oh my delivery guy looks like Shia Lebeouf»…5 minutes later he walks in and our waiter pointed him out. Um, yup he does look like Shia. So, we had a coupon for a large one topping pizza and an order of garlic knots. Now, garlic knots are the same, everywhere, to me. These where small and had a side of marinara. The sauce was nice and tangy. Just thinking about it right now my mouth is watering and the back of my mouth glands are aching. Ordered a large pepperoni, and when it arrived our server served up the first slice. New York style, but tonight I enjoyed it with a knife and fork. Haha weird? Yes, but it was hot and I didn’t want to mess up my hands. Cheese was stretchy when cutting through. Mildly spicy pepperoni and perfect crust. I like to save my crusts for the end and dip them in either the marinara sauce or take home to dip in ranch dressing. My fiancé mentioned their wings are a great choice too, so next time we go I will try them! Mmm wings, they will have to wait until after Lent. Should be even better!
