TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! The staff spends more time talking to each other than working. When I went to pick up my glasses(just pick them up and leave– should take 30 seconds), it was 5 minutes after closing. Thinking I’d try anyway, I waited while the staff ignored me through a giant glass wall. I called, and after 10 rings, the guy who sold me the glasses walked over to the phone and TURNEDTHERINGEROFF! I called and got hung up on by a woman standing directly across the glass from me a few more times before someone finally gave up and answered. She begrudgingly let me in to pick up my glasses. I FEELBADFORTHEDOCTORWHOWENTTOYEARSOFSCHOOLONLYTOHAVETODEALWITHTHISPITIFULEXCUSEFOR A STAFF. But at least they are bilingual.
