I had a terrible experience attempting to buy a tablet at this store. First, they didn’t wipe the tablet before selling it so I couldn’t login to it without the store’s password, and they left the charger out of the box. I went back to the store for the charger and to have them wipe it and thought all was well. Then, I discovered they had sold me a device with a faulty touch screen — only half of it worked. I went back to return it and later discovered they hasn’t given me a full refund. The manager, Jesus, was very rude to me on the phone and when I went in in person to get the rest of my money back. Don’t ever shop here!

This store is huge and has everything you can imagine for offices and more. I have no idea how they are still open, because I seldom ever see any other people in the store. They have great sales and when a new product comes along they really mark down the price on the old one.
Wireless printers are a perfect example. It is almost cheaper (and sometimes is cheaper) to buy a new one than to purchase ink. I know! When you figure it out let me know.
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and certainly give you great customer service. I am afraid the days of office supply stores will soon become a thing of the past and we will have to deal with the Walmart type store, what a shame. I hope I am wrong, yes, I really hope I am wrong. Time will tell and I will continue to get excellent customer care, because I am the only one in the store, as I continue to make my necessary purchases.
What’s a girl to do? We can’t not have the printer ready at all times.
