If the people were nicer maybe they would get a better review !! They are rude and only see you as $. If you question their work, they start to speak in their native language and it’s clear that they are speaking about you. Costumer service Is just Bad! Choose a place that will appreciate your hard earned dollars !!

I don’t know how I ever went anywhere else. I drive an extra 25 min just to go here even though I have about 7 nail shops within a 5 mile radius.

First of all. the tech did a crappy job tons of product still on the underside of my nails. They are uneven, too. Second made my toe bleed with their rough filing. They were friendly and nice. the cost 38.00 for a full set of regulars(the first guy didn’t even ask if I wanted pink and whites) and they had two guys working on me. one kind of started me. glued on the tips and decamped… wired. I was visiting from out of the area. I personally wouldn’t go back due to all the goo still on my nails

This is the BEST shellac mani-pedi salon I have found in the Tampa area, and I have tried a lot. The staff is very personable, professional and dedicated, even though many speak very little English. I just happened upon this location while running errands one day and it has been mani-pedi love ever since. They usually close at 7, but over the Holidays people were just walking in and requesting services. I have never seen them turn anyone away. They also do a good business in the area of eyebrows and waxing. Personally I have only gotten the Deluxe mani-pedi for $ 45.00, without tip and it is worth every penny. As they are filling the basin for your feet, if you have shellac polish on your finger nsils they soak and wrap them in foil, for easy removal of the old push. If you DONOT have 1 ½ to 2 hours to be pampered go somewhere else. They have great big lounge, massage chairs that are heavenly. Honestly zip have not had a pedicure that was less than an hour. After the polish removal they scrub your feet and calves with soap and rinse. You soak again while they trim nails, clean under nails and trim nail sides and beds. Next there is a brown sugar exfoliating of calves and feet, while they are giving you a nice leg and foot massage. Next comes the stimulation from hot rocks being rubbed on your feet and calves along with massage. This is followed by a warm towel being placed over your calves. Next is the feet, 1 at a time in melted paraffin and once that is set it is wiped off. Now comes the cream on your calves and feet, once again accompanied by massage, remember you are in an oversized recliner chair that is massag and kneading your back and neck. Then they expertly paint your toes. If you forgot your flip flops, they provide you with a disposal pair. Okay now you go back up front. Nsil polish is removed, nails trimmed, cuticles and skin trimmed, filed, buffed, oiled… Then they expertly apply all stages of shellac polish, with the UV machine between coats. Then lotion is applied to your hands and forearms and massaged in. They also rotate each finger and it feels wonderful. They spritz your nails and wipe them off and you are on your way, feeling totally pampered and purring like a kitten, so relaxed. If they had massages, I wouldn’t be able to walk out! What’s a girl to do? I love this place, being pampered and feeling so relaxed and much cheaper than a shrink.
