I used to drop clothes off here regularly to be cleaned. A couple of times they lost some shirts and they were never found. One thing this particular location has going for them is the staff. The girls were nice and gave me compliments regularly.

I have no idea why this place has so many bad reviews. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have never had a problem. I recently dropped off my husbands white dress shirt that had red wine spilled on it from a wedding (I had no hopes for it but gave it a shot) and it looks brand new!

This is the worst dry cleaner in tampa bay. Expensive, miss return deadlines, leave little white stains on clothes, and worst of all they permanently affixed a bar code label in each item i left there! I can’t take it off, and have no plans of returning. Thanks for a terrible experience. Jerks.

Worst Cleaners Ever!!! This review is for the McNatt’s on Kennedy West past Lois. I took a dress in to be hemmed. I picked up the dress and took the dress home and tried it on. It was the EXACT same length. Two inches were Not removed as instructed. I told the young boy working the counter this over and over but he insisted that two inches were removed and that a new hem was there. No! Very angry and disappointed because this McNatt’s is not at all close to my house and I had to go all the way back there for a $ 30 non-​refundable mistake.

I could not find the Henderson store on Unilocal but wanted to give a review on that store. I am like the other person that said if we could give a zero we would. We had the worst experience anyone could ever have at this location. My wife was shorted a blouse and was told to come back later. Well we did and a different girl was there at about 4:20 today. She could not have been more rude. We had clothes to drop off (about ten items) but because of her disgusting attitude we took the clothes to Pioneer Cleaners Macdill.

I had a pair of dress blue uniform pants that I needed cleaned before a Ball, so I stopped here. They come out to your car, which I’ve never experienced before (I’m not from here) and fill out a slip and then take your clothes. The wife stopped in a couple days later and got them, and also commented on how easy and convenient it was. As for the pants, they looked fine and weren’t screwed up, so this place seems fine with me. Since they are on the way home from the little one’s school and I don’t have to get out of the car, I’ll continue to stop by here for my weekly dry cleaning needs.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars… The actually worst dry cleaner I have ever used in my life.
Never trust this place with your clothes. They lost mys suit jacket that I was supposed to pick up the night before a wedding. They had the pants but somehow they managed to send the jacket to a different location 30 minutes away. Then they still charged me for it after all the inconvenience.
