McDonald’s

This location sucks. I have had problems in the past but tonight made me get on here to review. Just went through drive-​thru and brought food home. Buns were stale, sandwiches were made sloppy, and meat was overcooked. Don’t think I will be going back to McDonald’s for a very long time.

I had a craving for an ice cream cone and this Mickey D’s was on my way home from a night of Maj with the girls. I went to the drive thru which was different than other Mickey D’s. Instead of one line, there were 2 ordering stations parallel to each other, then merged into one line into one window to pay and another window to receive your food. I didn’t find that this was more effective or faster than a traditional line. When I did get up to the food window my ice cream cone was ready for me so that process was speedy. At this Mickey D’s the cones are only $ 1 and it’s a decent size for the price. For some reason, some other Mickey D’s around Tampa are just 50-​cents a cone. Not sure why the difference but either way a good deal.

When I think of fine dining this is definitely it. Probably better than burns steakhouse

They didn’t have sweet tea. Charged me for things I did not buy and they didn’t have any trays.

I want to meet the person who decided these things are any good. They are horrible little hockey pucks disguised as a breakfast sandwich and cost over $ 3.00 just for the little beast. Want Taste? Don’t get this.

While I try to avoid the McDonald’s that are run by Caspar’s Company, sometimes its not possible. This McDonald’s is by far the worst!
I used to live very close to this one and gave it numerous chances.
They ALWAYS got my order wrong. For instance, I usually order a snack wrap without lettuce. They usually either leave the lettuce on and make it without sauce or leave both the lettuce and sauce off.
Once, after receiving my order at the drive-​thru window, I asked for a condiment. The manager started rudely telling me I should have asked for it at the speaker (which I did).
My most recent and last time there, I went there and got my usual snack wrap. I made sure to open it at the window to make sure there was no lettuce on it. There was no lettuce or sauce. I asked them to fix it and the employee said «Can’t I just give you a packet of sauce and you can put it on there yourself, It will be much easier for me if you would just do that.»
Do yourself a favor and drive down the road a couple of miles and go to a different McDonalds.

We visited this location after a party around 3am and they were prompt to create fresh and hot food. The cashier did know what the menu item we requested was but was unable to create it fully due to the current management not wanting to make the unofficial sandwiches. When we were there they served sweet tea, but the sugar was missing and remade it for us. If you’re in the area it is an alright place to be in the middle of the night, otherwise if there is another one closer take that instead.
