I tried to get some food last night at the so-​called 24hr drive though, only there was nobody working there! This was after the mid-​night fireworks, around 2am. Cars were lined up at the drive through and gave up and left after realizing nobody was even in the restaurant! Out of all the days of the year, New Year’s morning is when people really want some food since most of the other restaurants are closed and if your franchise is 24-​hrs, please have your staff ready to serve your customers! I would have given ZERO stars for this but Unilocal requires at least one star to write a review.

Been in the drive-​thru line for 20 min already. How hard is it to get the money and give the people their food?! This is ridiculous. All I ordered was hot cakes!

Ok… i came in to have lunch with daughter and the manager was yelling at the employees like they didnt matter. I was embarrssed and my daughter was looking and asking why the manager was so rude !!! I love mcdonalds but if you repremand your employees like they dont matter then i see why the turnover is so high !!! I love this mcdonalds .but the management temperment is not good !!! Respect goes along ways !!! Just sayin… I am not impressed !!! Very disappointed with management training !!!

This is the first McDonald I have seen kick people out. One person reading a newspaper (didn’t look like a bum or anything bad) and eating breakfast and I was working on a paper. I literally was here for 33 minutes (including the time I was waiting in line for food), and they say they have a 30 min max. Several people thought they were joking but there security guard literally followed one person out.

This is the nastiest McD’s I have ever been to. We visited during a slow time, yet every table was dirty. An employee was taking trash out and left a trail of liquid behind her from the trash can to the door, a trail which did not get mopped up. The floors were a sticky mess. Stay away, you’re better off going down toward the location nearer USF!

This 24 hour McDonald’s is a tragedy. I went through the drive-​thru, excited, because I thought I had found my breakfast jackpot as it was nearing 4 a.m.
I’m not sure if this is typical of all fast food places that are on the clock all day, but the service was slow, my morning coffee was bitter and my filet o fish sandwich was horrible.
When I flipped the container open, I could tell by looking at the bread that it was old.
Before I squeezed the fish with my finger, I knew it was stale, and I proved myself right :(It could hardly bend and took much more effort than it should to tear.
The taste just flat out made me angry, and the amount of chewing needed to scarf this sandwich down… just beyond disgraceful.
I hope this was just a bad experience, but I was so irritated I had to say something.
