I am not convinced of a 4-​star rating just yet, but I will upgrade to 3-​stars for the following reasons: 1) I finally met Mary Jo and she was very receptive to opening another Adult Ballet class at our request and arranged it the following week, and 2) After the first couple of weeks of the start of the new year, management has improved a lot in responding to emails quickly.

We are a returning family with my youngest. The instructors are wonderful and genuinely care. The level of instruction is above and beyond and offers the perfect blend of technique and fun, which keeps the children’s interest. Their community involvement is a testament to their commitment to give back and adds to the reasons we call this home. Theater, Dance, Voice and Music… You’ll find it all here!

The communication at the dance studio is lacking. Their customer service is awful. I took my daughter there for about 6 months. I took her about because I got tired of the miscommunication and poor customer service. My daughter does not miss going to dance class at all. I plan on enrolling her in another studio that actually cares about their customers and is more organized.
