Our BMW328i got side swiped by a dumpster truck and the left side was dented and scratched. After getting quotes that were very expensive with estimates of 10+ business days to fix it we took our car to Maacos. We worked with Manuel and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He quoted us a reasonable price and only took 2 ½ days to complete the work. When we picked the car up it looked brand new like nothing had happened. He went above and beyond and even fixed a different chip in the paint that was unrelated to the incident.

I do not know where to start… I paid for parts that were never installed. 1^st of all I was told that I would have to pay $ 400 CASH in order for them to get me a NEW drivers door, they never installed a new door — they bumped out the original door and installed a used interior door panel (that didn’t even match) PLUS when the weather temperature increased the door got STUCK and I couldn’t get out. Eventually I had to rip it out so now I have raw metal. AND I still cannot lock the doors. The interior light panels are missing (they say they weren’t there). The paint is bubbling on the rear bumper, etc. etc. I could go on and on HOWEVER when I contacted the corporate office and called and called. I did get a partial refund which cover expenses to go to a different repair shop. MAACO is a real STINKO — but I do thank them for the refund!
