This is an excellent nail salon in the area!!! The quality of work is good and the services are great. The salon itself is extremely clean as well as all the tools which are used. The best thing is the staff. They all are really friendly and work hard. They do care about customers satisfactions and always take time to make sure customers are completely satisfied. I always get Gell Full set because of the price and the quality of products. I’m always pleased with the results. Love to be back!

The staff are sweet, detail oriented and meticulous in the color results in the nails.
$ 30 for a deluxe pedicure. According to what they said, A basic will not give you anything but a scrub on the toes and a paint, including the bath.
The pumice stones are so gross. They have probably been used on about 100 people. Luckily I brought my own because this seems to be the trend in a nail industry that should be sanitary.

I returned again for a gel polish change and this time had Jenny, the manager, as my nail technician. I will keep this short and just say that my nails did not look good. The color I chose turned out to be OPI gel axxiom, which Jenny said was difficult to apply. Apparently… because I had gel polish all over my nail beds and skin, which meant that the polish was lifting after a few days as my nails began to grow. They were chipped and looking ragged after less than a week. Such a bummer, especially because this was right before NYE and my vacation so I didn’t have time to go back and ask them to repair.

I was pretty unimpressed. After reading all of the reviews it was very disappointing. My sister and I went in for mani/pedi’s. Our pedicure was ok but my problem came with my full acrylic set. These nails she put on are crazy wide. They make my actual fingernail look extremely fat. Not to mention to tried to charge me $ 5 extra for a clear coat of nail polish on top of my nails. Wth is that? Since when do we charge for a clear coat on top of pink and whites?! Needless to say nail salons are a dime a dozen and I won’t be returning to this one ever again!

I’ve been coming here for about 5 months now. I just moved to the westchase area and this place came highly recommended. Skeptical and hesitant at first because I am hard to please when it comes to my nails… but they are incredible. From pedicures to full sets to mani’s and waxing, every girl here seems to know what they are doing. Tina is great but Mi Mi is my favorite! She’s an extreme perfectionist which I adore and really caters to your natural shape of your nail beds. Never too pushy. Always smiling. They remember you. They can get slammed because of the high traffic area of westchase (especially between 5 – 6) but they always say CALL AHEAD and make an appointment. Even if you don’t call before hand they are extremely accommodating. Every two weeks this is my spot. Two thumbs up ladies!

Total relaxation. Love this salon. Very clean, very friendly. And no fumes from chemicals!

Great recommendation from Kelleigh (I owe you one!) I asked for Mai. She was great. Very detail oriented.
For me, I’d rather spend alittle more time and have my nail tech get all of the gel from underneath my nails when painting. I mean, why should I have to pick dried gel polish off my cuticles and under my nail bed? Just sayin. No worries with her.
My husband got his usual — Deluxe Pedi/​Mani. He likes his nails buffed and his girl didn’t do that:(He likes his satin finish. I know. so Pauly from Sopranos.
We will definitely be back. Prices are fantastic! She will even do 3 coats of gel if you want!

This was one if the best shellac manis I’ve gotten in a long time! TONS of shellac color options, including dozens of OPI ones. My manicurist was meticulous and quickly cleaned any imperfections, without me even needing to ask (and I am picky when it comes to my nails!). Also, the place seems well ventilated so no overly strong chemical smells.

I got shellac on my already manicured hands and she was AMAZING!!! The best polish change I’d ever gotten! She did three coats, and went back and then back again (!) to fix any mistakes that would effect the longevity of the shellac. I’m so impressed. See my pic!

Very friendly staff and a convenient location make this salon a must go to for your mani pedi needs.
They are located near Pizza Fusion and Burger 21.
Every time I’ve gone there, they are cleaning the tools and to me, that’s important.
